We had two rooms, and they were quite different. One had a stunning mountain view and a newly renovated bathroom, while the other had neither.
There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which is usually not a problem, but we were there during a heatwave, so it was quite uncomfortable.
The staff were very helpful, even though they spoke only limited English.
The only thing we found very unpleasant was the breakfast service. We were not allowed to take the food ourselves; instead, we had to point to everything we wanted, and a staff member served it to us. We are not used to this and didn’t really understand the purpose of it. My children felt embarrassed having to ask for food every time, and eventually they didn’t feel like eating much. I would strongly recommend changing this part of the breakfast experience.

What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food and drinks were also outstanding.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, providing a high level of comfort, service, cleanliness, and overall experience at a very reasonable price.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Courmayeur and looking for a fantastic location, spectacular mountain views, great food, and exceptionally kind staff.

Super welcome
The rooms are very clean, as are all the rooms in the hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming and very kind, always available for every need.
On Easter morning they made us a pleasant surprise by making us find a chocolate egg, a gesture really appreciated. The food was also very good.
Definitely will be back again!
