Regular hotel

It is located on the seafront. and the building has three heights
The reception staff is friendly and efficient.
There's a little elevator maybe insufficient.
The corridors are well lit and the rooms well identified.
The room for single use is about 18m2 It has a comfortable, classic distribution. The bed was 1.6m, it was comfortable and so were the pillows. The soundproofing was not good, you could hear the indoor and outdoor noise Also, during the day, they must be renovating rooms as much noise arrives from the upper floors The lighting was correct and could be left in the dark. The furniture was in pretty good condition. The TV was about 24" and had numerous local and national TV channels, as well as a platform. There was an individual air conditioning equipment that could be regulated.
The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. His lighting was somewhat scarce. The faucets worked more or less well, although they have stayed old, and the towels were nice.
Breakfast was not up to its standard, poor in quality and variety, and although it was buffet, it was not well organized.
In short, a regular hotel in this category.

Nice and comfortable even in winter

It is on the seafront, at the entrance mouth (ships) to the port. Logistically excellent also because it has a private protected parking accessible from the back door. Piazza Pythagoras and Piazza della Resistenza can be reached quickly on foot, but staying on the lively seafront. It is a historic and comfortable structure, with a large and well-kept lobby, lounge and corners for work and relaxation. The (two) sea view rooms (well soundproofed) used by me were well cleaned, well maintained and with quality furnishings, which stand the time; the same applies to the bathrooms. I would have liked superior bathroom linen and a richer and more varied breakfast, however, thinking about the low prices charged, remains a "very good" judgment. Impeccable and always attentive lady at reception.

It's a shame to be a 4-star hotel and yet be disappointing.

Sad rooms and old showers that are not clean.
