A very special hotel ❤️
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Several thermal pool options and spa allow for a tranquil experience. They provide excellent food and drinks options. We stayed on a half board basis and would highly recommend this. The staff are fantastic and help to make your experience special. The regular shuttle bus provided by the hotel is a great way to explore further afield. It takes you to the town of Forio and local beaches, including Poseidon thermal park.
We will definitely return. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for stunning views, relaxation, fantastic food/drinks, great staff and the opportunity to explore the island of Ischia.

Beautiful Hotel with Lovely Staff - Highly recommend!
We have once again had a wonderful 11-night stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff for the exceptional service we received throughout our holiday.
Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to Filomena and Francesco in the breakfast restaurant. They were always bright, cheerful, and went out of their way to chat with us each day, helping to make every morning a pleasure.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to the reception team, particularly Ahmed, Giuseppe, and Gianni. They were consistently helpful, professional, and attentive, never letting us walk past without stopping to check that everything was okay. Their kindness and genuine care made a real difference to our stay.
Our room were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay, visiting daily to clean the room and bathroom as well as provide fresh towels. They were always friendly and happy to accommodate any requests, which was greatly appreciated.
All the staff are a credit to the hotel, and every interaction we had was positive.
Although we stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, we decided to dine at the hotel one Saturday evening. The buffet offered a vast variety of dishes, with something to suit every taste. The food was delicious, well presented, and plentiful.
The hotel also boasts a lovely swimming pool area with an excellent supply of sun loungers and umbrellas, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Another feature we particularly appreciated was the hotel's shuttle bus service. Running regularly throughout the day, it provided convenient transport to the beautiful Citara Beach, where we were able to reserve sun loungers and umbrellas through the hotel at a very reasonable price. The shuttle bus also took us into Forio in the evenings, allowing us to enjoy a variety of wonderful restaurants during our stay in Ischia. This service added greatly to the convenience and enjoyment of our holiday.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff, and they are the main reason we continue to return year after year. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests make this hotel truly special.
After a fantastic stay, we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. We very much hope to return again next year and stay for even longer.

Amazing views, but be aware if you do not have a car!
First up, the hotel has amazing 5-star views and is a perfect place to stay to unwind in its pools and watch the sunset from your balcony/terrace.
However, please be aware that its location is remote and not close to any places within walking distance; especially for travellers who like to be independent and pop out to a local store for water, a bar for an apperitivo, or a restaurant for dinner (if you are on a BnB basis with the hotel, as we were, with TUI).
The hotel does operate a shuttle minibus to the local beach and town, Forio, and this service is great. However, be aware thst the times do not align well for anyone wanting to go out in the evening after 7pm!
One of the highlights in the hotel was the entertainment at night, with Aldo Poli, who entertained bar guests every evening (except Saturday) with his amazing songs and requests that got us, and others, dancing in the bar area! Grazie mille Aldo.
A final note: be aware thst the rooms on offer may not match the rooms that you book via UK holiday sites. We booked a superior double with extra bed and sea view and balcony/terrace at £400 addition, and were told upon arrival that we would not be getting an extra bed (as per the TUI website when we booked) as they do not have capacity to do this. I don't think this is the fault of the hotel, so please be aware of any 'over-promising' from holiday companies.

Who needs Capri when you have Ischia
Our first time to Ischia and wow. A beautiful island with so much on offer. Whether you want to just relax around the pool or on the beach. Or alternatively explore the delights around the island. Hotel Grazia is the hotel to help you facilitate all of those things and more. A wonderful family run hotel, who truly look after their guests as well as their staff. As you round the bend on your transfer in from the port, you just know instantly that you are in for fantastic holiday. The location and the views are stunning. The decor around the hotel is top notch and certainly meets the hotel's star rating. The attention to detail and service received from the staff from the moment they welcome you for breakfast to saying goodnight at the end of the day is impeccable. The food across all areas is truly delicious and in abundance. The rooms are spacious, cleaned to a very high standard with lovely fresh fluffy towels every day. A lovely touch each evening with your bed turned down and a sweet treat left on your pillow. The shuttle bus is a hoot to take, and the drivers are more than happy to drop guests at alternative locations outside of the "timetable" so a greater experience of the island can be had. Michele is wonderful, he helped us organise a local wine tour, local bus journeys and even took the time to come and find me to wish me a "Happy Birthday" on my special day. The spa is a great addition and again the service and treatments on offer are plentiful at a reasonable cost. A return journey to Ischia is very much on the cards and Hotel Grazia will certainly be the hotel we book to stay in.

A perfect Italian Island retreat
This hotel is magical. The setting and views are truly breathtaking and there is a real sense of getting away from it all. A free shuttle bus takes you throughout the day and evening to nearby Forio and the beach so you are not isolated.
The staff are so lovely and hard working- nothing is too much trouble. They are a key asset of the hotel. Galiano and Francesco mostly served us in the restaurant and were fabulous- as was everyone else. The lunchtime restaurant and bar staff were great. Michele is an incredible concierge.
Everything is immaculately clean and well organised. Our room was quite small but had a beautiful view. The Spa is also clean and has a good range of facilities. The aromatherapy garden is divine! The pool area has stunning views and is fringed by pine trees and herbs. There are plenty of sunbeds too.
We were half board. The food is fabulous and there is lots of it! The feast night was a particular highlight with Stani's singing.
We had a brilliant holiday here and would recommend it to people who like superb service, stunning views and an authentically Italian experience. We are returning next year- in fact we booked by the pool- as there is so much more to explore in the area and a week in the Scannella has left us happy and really relaxed. Grazie mille tutti!
