Vacation on the island
Very positive experience, the resort is located in a beautiful position for the view, slightly away from the town but reachable by scooter or car without problems in 5 minutes. The structure is very large and quite nice, the breakfast buffet in the morning is fairly varied and abundant, the staff is very knowledgeable and available for any request or question about where to go during the vacation. The room is spacious and fortunately cool thanks to the presence of air conditioning. The only issue with the room was that the shower arm was broken, and we had to shower without being able to rest the showerhead on the arm. For everything else, it was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation, an extra point for the wonderful view of the sea.

Rejuvenating stay.
Hotel perched on the sea, absolutely recommended if you are looking for a place away from the chaos, immersed in nature with a breathtaking view.
Very good breakfast, with warm croissants every morning and much more. Staff is always kind and helpful. Spacious and functional rooms. There is also a pool and a relaxation area for sunbathing.
I recommend renting a scooter because the roads to reach the property are narrow and hilly, some prohibitive with a car.

The location of the structure is difficult to reach because it is located high up, but to understand, as these are narrow streets that climb on a small island.
In return, however, you can enjoy a truly satisfying view and peace!

I highly recommend this property being new management are not yet ready to accommodate a number of guests dissatisfy them first of all the hot water twice missed in the shower quadruple dilapidated shower very small can not move and you risk hurting at New Year's Eve not even a glass of bubbles bad animation old music and obsolete local small I saw that they borrowed the furnishings because they were moving on January 2 the utensils insufficient food for guests both on New Year's Eve and for breakfast difficult to get to small parking The only positive note was the food good enough so they have to improve in so many respects but at the moment they are not ready Imagine that a room was heated with a €10 heater and they did not even have the socket the most serious thing is that we paid for a hot pool but it was disused small dirty and cold and did nothing to make us enjoy our stay

Embarrassing and rude
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and the only thing we bring home is rudeness and rudeness. The first night there was no hot water, we pointed it out to the owner who tells us that her husband was going to check. We wait and come back to ask and they tell us that we had to wait an hour to get it. We wait an hour and come back to ask saying we had to wait another half hour. At eight o’clock we had to leave, I shower with cold water while my boyfriend goes to wash in another hotel where our friends were staying. Before we leave, we politely tell her and this tells us that if we wanted to we could leave right away. We point out his wife’s Response also to her husband and this tells us that we could wait to wash who cares if we had a commitment, try to see him if there was hot water and his wife underneath saying to give us back the money and send us away. Not to mention the ants in the room... too bad because the place is really nice and the view breathtaking but if they changed management would be much better. There are so many hotels in Ischia do not go to this
