Great potential, but many things to review
Aware it was a two-star hotel, so the Rating is based on this data.
The first impact is a bit sad, the reception and the bar have never seen a renovation, It would take a coat of white to the old furniture to brighten the atmosphere.

The hotel is located near the railway, but if you want to stay close to the sea, in almost all these towns of the Abruzzo coast you have to deal with the passage of trains.
The hotel declares a pool that is still little more than a tub, where I have never seen anyone.
The 'furniture of the room is adequate to the two stars of the hotel, however in excellent condition, although there are completely no night lights on the bedside tables, maybe there were appliques above the milk headboard, but now there are only holes.
The mattresses could be better and I strongly Recommendation to remove the bedspread.
There are only two sockets in the room, one above the headboard and another outside the bathroom door and an indefinable mooring of multiple sockets where the TV is.
The hotel has a convenient private parking and a covered veranda where breakfast is served.
Breakfast is basic, only sweet, there is no savory breakfast.
