I stayed for a week in the suite, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Clean and comfortable, suitable for a family. nice pool and private parking. Great location to visit the whole Salento. Good breakfast and Welcoming.

It's not what it seems

We return really disappointed by these days in this location where we spent for a triple 400 euros for two nights. The price would also have been adequate if only he deserved it.
The residence is located in the middle of nowhere and is green and full of gravel, with very little shade available. The pool is so full of dj chlorine that it leaves the green costumes (as you can see from the edges of the pool itself). The decor of the room is definitely poor, as in the rest of the structure (kitchen and reception). The breakfast, called continental, has nothing espresso, dried croissants, sausages in bags and some fruit.
On the day of check out we had to delay the departure and to stay a few more hours in the pool they asked us 10 euros each without allowing us to use the room and asking us to leave before 1pm because the guests of the same day would arrive and it would not have been nice to be there: at 10am about 20 patrons arrived outside the structure with lots of coolers to spend the day there. Price quality not adequate to the services offered

TO RETURN ABSOLUTELY!

I had a wonderful stay at this property.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, ready to meet our every request with a smile.
Mirko, the property manager, was very kind and very professional in being able to find us an optimal solution, on the date we wanted.
We stayed in the studio of the structure, their suite: a charming tower.
Anna and Loredana during the morning were available to comply with any of our requests.
The green, blue and white, predominant colors of the structure recall the beauty of our Puglia.
Definitely will be back, spending a few more days.
And I will not deny that we have also taken inspiration for our future home under construction.
