Good and quiet
Excellent and quiet small hotel between Desenzano and Sirmione
Without great pretensions but quiet and clean
The breakfast was precise but good and there was the possibility of eating pizza in the evening. We have been around and haven't used it.

Friendly staff, perfect with some small improvements
We spent two nights in this hotel on the occasion of a visit to Gardaland.
Very welcoming staff, rooms perhaps a little to be modernized, breakfast not too varied, meals a little cold, good value for money.
Overall a recommended hotel, also has a pizzeria!

Quiet family hotel a short distance from Gardaland.
We have now stayed in this hotel several times, as a base for Gardaland. It is in a quiet area and in 15 minutes you can reach the park. Family run which also offers the possibility of dining in their Pizzeria, the food is also good. Compared to other hotels, breakfast is served at the table (therefore it is not a buffet) and in addition to croissants, sandwiches, jams, butter and hot drinks, it is also possible to have cooked breakfast and cheese with fruit juices. Basic rooms but nothing is missing. In the morning the chirping of the many birds and blackbirds is pleasant and can be easily distinguished in the silence. Strategic area and quality recommended price.

Big room with a nice big double bed and a single bed. Nice and warm, breakfast included (coffee, fake juice, croissants, ham, cheese). Could have done with a few more pillows, and softer ones, and better quality towels, I hated the cheap thin T-towel things they had. We liked the fact we could watch Netflix using our own password on the telly. Added benefit of pizzeria also part of the hotel if you are hungry with an overpriced bar. It was nice and quiet here but that’s probably because it is a little off the main drag. Free off road parking. Lacking in customer service though, one night we decided to just have a drink in our room so I went to the bar of the restaurant to order, I placed my order then the owner went off to serve a customer drinks in the restaurant and completely forgot about me waiting by the bar to the point I had to go over and interrupt, he then overcharged me (I realised later) and after putting my items on a tray so I had no hands free, deliberately chose not to help me to open the door to leave the dining room. Also my partner was unwell when we were here for one night so we decided to stay on another night, so when I went to pay for the extra night the person on the desk didn’t know how much it was, which I found unprofessional. I liked the place but the hosting left a lot to be desired. Also I found a couple of potential staff CVs in our room which had all the personal details of two individuals on which I put underneath the reception desk when we left, but that’s a shocking breach of confidentiality for those individuals that their personal information is not kept more securely.

- Thank you for the compliments on the room, thank you.
- The question of towels: we know very well that pure cotton towels are not the best,
in starred hotels there are terry towels, much softer, but you will also understand that with a cost of Euros
55 per night, breakfast included, towels, heating, breakfast included in the price, we cannot offer a towel service
equal to that of the 3/4 stars, the laundry costs would be too high, those who spend less must also be satisfied a little.
Be aware of which area the room in the period in which she was here costing at least double.
A little understanding for those who offer you an excellent service at a good price I was expecting it..
- You could also use the internet TV, without additional costs, what more could you want?
- Now we come to the Bar service: she arrived at the counter rather ill-disposed right away,
Excuse me for pointing it out, but I have to.
Besides you I was also waiting tables, as it was in winter we have customers who have been coming for years and years, it's inevitable let me stop at the table to talk.

ask without problems the full price of the room which was 70 Euros. But she wanted to be nice to you by doing too
for the second night double Booking.com discount:
it is the Genius discount 10 percent + App Booking Discount an additional 10 percent.
Two discounts that bring the cost to 55 Euros.
We still asked her for 55 Euros instead of 70, but she notes the fact that the collaborator was not sure about the price,
and she complains about it. I do not know what to say.

The moment we saw it on the counter, we promptly got it hidden. But this is a real trifle, there are no people
external to the hotel that can 'steal' CVs!!

A Friendly Family run Hotel, Excellent!
After four years this was our second visit. Staff and Family are very friendly. The rooms are large with air conditioning. Breakfast was continental croissant and cold meats with cheese or yoghurt. The pizza restaurant is a convenient bonus.
We chose not to hire a car instead relied on buses which were very convenient for Sirmione and Desenzano. Bus stops are close and convenient. Around Lake Garda payment is accepted on the bus in cash. No need to get a ticket in advance from a Tabac.
On the other hand local buses tend to be late due to traffic, particularly in the east near Peschiera del Garda.
The best and most enjoyable way to get round the lake is by ferry and we used the service at some time on five days out of seven.
