Top apartment and friendly host.
The host was incredibly friendly and extremely available for questions.
We were received in peace, even though we arrived late. We were helped with the suitcases and given a short tour.
The apartment as well as the entire complex was spotless and felt like new, a rarity in our experience. The room had a small outside terrace, but there was plenty of space. The heated swimming pool and its sunbeds were a pleasure. Especially with the addition of a separate children's pool and bubbles.
We really enjoyed the apartment and the area.
The location just 2 minutes from the lake couldn't be better. We are convinced to return and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Lovely accommodation but a disappointing experience
Lovely accommodation but a very disappointing experience
The complex itself is very nice, but unfortunately we have not had a good experience.
For families with small children -3 years eg we found the accommodation not very safe. For example, there was a staircase upstairs without sufficient security and the bedroom door did not close.
We had booked five nights, but the air conditioning only worked well for one night. The other four nights it was almost impossible to stand. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old child who had to sleep in a 29°C room. The air conditioner constantly gave error message E8. We were always told that this was due to the humid weather, but after our own research it turned out that this error message indicates a technical problem. A real solution was not offered during our stay to restore the air conditioning to normal operation.
Instead, we got an air cooler, which has nowhere near the same effect as an air conditioning unit at high temperatures. In addition, at my request, a plug has been provided to remove the unit itself at night to stop the constant noise and heat from coming out of the unit. As a result, the room was always about 29°C by morning. For a holiday for which we paid about 200 EUR per night, we find this unacceptable.
Other issues were also disappointing. We had to get a high chair from the garage ourselves and the children's toys shown in the photos of the accommodation turned out to be fully stored in the garage and were therefore not available.
After contact with Booking.com and the accommodation we finally received a compensation of only €50 and only breakfast. Which we appreciate in itself but, Given the seriousness of the problem and the fact that the air conditioning did not work four out of five nights, we think this is absolutely disproportionate to the nuisance and certainly not that they knew that a small child was present!
What disappointed us the most was the way our complaints were handled. We often felt redirected with stories and expected more understanding and customer focus.
That's a great pity because the accommodation itself certainly has potential. But because of this experience we unfortunately cannot recommend it, and they really only think about their own wallet and not about the customer and the seriousness of the matter to provide fair compensation for the not working air conditioning during almost the entire stay.

Super Relais
Very elegant and well-kept location. Bright, modern apartment, and we found every type of comfort. Super equipped kitchen area. Excellent possibility of using the heated swimming pool from mid-March. Large garden area with table, chairs, deckchairs to enjoy the spring sun.

Great holiday
Just back from 9 nights staying here. We had a three bed apartment. Lovely place it is spotless and anything we asked for we got. You can order rolls croissants etc for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this property.

Complesso splendido posizionato in una zona tranquilla di Desenzano a pochi minuti dal centro , dalla struttura si vede il lago, alloggi splendidi e molto puliti , gestore molto cordiale e disponibile posto unico , piscina incantevole, parcheggi disponibili , complimenti
