Excellent property
Beautiful property with large, very elegant common areas, a super pool and wellness center, and a truly high-quality restaurant; we ate very well. The only thing I would improve is the bed pillows, which were truly atrocious. We even requested that others be given to us because we woke up with neck pain, and unfortunately, we were given others that were even worse than the ones we had, a detail that absolutely must be reviewed.

Fantastic!
Super nice experience at this hotel. We had a family room. Everything is clean and nice. Great facilities. Nice pool area and terraces. Fantastic breakfast buffet and dinner menu - the food is really in the top class. Friendly and service-minded staff. Since we had a 4 year old with the only thing we could miss is an outdoor playground and a more updated playroom. Otherwise it's all 5 stars. Great recommendation from here.

The best hotel....
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in – and we’ve seen quite a few!
The location is fantastic, right on the ski slope. You step out of the ski room straight onto the slope and return from skiing back to the ski room – first big plus!
But the hotel itself… wow. It’s absolutely stunning, beautiful, luxurious… everything is perfected down to the smallest detail. The decoration is breathtaking everywhere – even in places where you wouldn’t expect it at all. Throughout all corridors and floors, there are beautiful paintings – and I mean real paintings, not photos or cheap prints! Truly exhibition-worthy pieces; the whole hotel feels like one big art gallery, including the rooms. Absolutely unique! And those cabinets with the most gorgeous coffee cups on the lower corridor – just amazing. So decoration: 100 out of 100!
But what was truly TOP for me is their cuisine. Breakfast was excellent – a classic continental selection, which you can find in many hotels: a wide variety of pastries, fruits, fresh juices, cold cuts, ham, cheeses, yogurts, seeds, cereals, and eggs prepared in all possible ways. But as I said, that’s quite common…
…however, the dinners were an absolute gastronomic experience!
It’s rare to see such a perfect cold buffet before dinner – with a wide selection of meats, fish, salmon, platters of ham and cheese, mozzarella with tomatoes, various kinds of warm vegetables, both cooked and grilled. One evening there was absolutely incredible sushi – if I had known, I would have skipped dinner altogether and just eaten that sushi!
There were also various seafood options – octopus salad, shrimp, baked fish… simply everything you could wish for.
And what followed afterwards was pure heaven!
First a luxurious starter, then soup, followed by an amazing main course that’s impossible to describe… and finally a perfect dessert. Delicious!
All of this was served in perfectly balanced portions – we never felt overfull, just pleasantly satisfied. And if that wasn’t enough, there was still a cold buffet after dinner with fruit and cheese… but we simply couldn’t manage any more.
All the while, you are taken care of by excellent staff, along with the ever-present owners, the Thaler family – they are everywhere and absolutely wonderful.
The rooms are spotless, the hotel is peaceful, and everything feels cozy.
One evening there was live piano music accompanied by delicious appetizers and snacks – one more tempting than the other. Another evening featured live music with a guitar and keyboard, creating a lovely atmosphere in the bar.
What also amazed me was the beautiful wellness area – a large, spacious pool that seamlessly transitions from indoors to outdoors. You can swim in warm water while looking at the mountains, with snow falling on your head… absolutely incredible!
The only downside for us was that we had our dog with us (who, by the way, even got his own key so we could easily take him out through a side entrance instead of walking through the whole hotel ). However, there are very limited options for walks around the hotel – unless you want to go on a high-mountain hike.
We are used to long, brisk walks at home, but here you could either go steeply uphill or steeply downhill… quite a workout for your lungs!
Otherwise, for us, it’s a truly beautiful place, and we will definitely come back.

An excellent Hotel with some improvable details.
More than a Hotel is a Hotel Grande a labyrinth, probably the various bodies built in later eras, have led to non-intuitive and very long paths with unused spaces. Very large garage on three floors. The well-appointed and spacious common areas, very kind staff, many do not speak Italian well and you notice that they are novices.
The owners, they are real hoteliers.
Breakfast and dinners excellent (only on Saturday evening not up to scratch), rich buffet of appetizers and cheeses, very good evening with fish.
I do not find it elegant to charge 3.5 euros for a carafe of water of the mayor, that the afternoon cakes are not self-service and the staff, often not present.
There is no tidying of the rooms in the evening.
Large swimming pool, partly Covered and partly Outside. Of note are moths of unbridled children, not kept at bay by compliant parents, there are no longer the Germans of old.
Large sauna area, complete, good fitness area, very interesting organized activities, unfortunately for composition of our family not suitable.
Large, functional rooms, good furniture, with armchairs in 50s style.
Terrace with exceptional views of the Dolomites.
Positive week, both for hotel accommodation, trips and good weather.
