Wonderful experience to repeat

Really positive experience in this b&b, excellent location with the sea in front and 2 min from the center. Clean and comfortable room. The owner a nice and polite guy made us feel immediately at ease, the bar below the b & b owned 'organized an evening with live music and here we really enjoyed . In short, I highly recommend this place and will definitely return next year. Raffaella D Elia

Beautiful room and fantastic location, but some aspects need attention.

The room itself is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location, a stone's throw from the sea. However, some maintenance and communication issues negatively affected our overall experience.
Upon our arrival, we noticed that the shower drain was very clogged, causing flooding in the bathroom during use. Furthermore, the main air conditioning unit was out of order. Although the host kindly provided us with a portable air conditioner as a replacement, it needed to be refilled manually and unfortunately could not cool the room effectively.
As a small suggestion for the property, it would be greatly appreciated to add a small table and a couple of chairs near the entrance stairs. This would create a comfortable corner where guests could enjoy a cigarette outdoors without having to leave the property completely.
Finally, greater responsiveness and presence during the stay would greatly reassure guests, as the current management seemed a bit unprepared to deal with these unexpected issues. With a little more attention to communication and maintenance, this place has huge potential.

Ottima esperienza
