They do not know what tourism is, improvisation in its purest state, I believe that the employees do something else in life. Terrible experience, never again.

Family vacation in August

We are 3 families who have been choosing this property for our summer vacations together for two years. I must say that the exteriors have been renovated and the property has become more elegant.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Emilio, the restaurant waiter, who was always helpful and kind even though we had two 2-3 year old children in our family. A thank you also goes to the cleaning lady, who was always smiling and helpful.
I would like to add a few constructive notes, perhaps useful in view of the restyling planned for 2027:
The Spa area (sauna, Turkish bath) was already closed for maintenance upon our arrival, but we had not been informed. Only after three days, when we asked ourselves, did they reply that it was "under maintenance." It would have been more correct to notify guests in advance, perhaps with an apology message for the inconvenience, as it is a service included in the stay fee.
The lobby was also affected by some ongoing work: it was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning.
We hope that the planned modernization will also include the rooms.
This is not intended to be a negative review, but positive feedback with some suggestions for improvement that, I believe, other guests like me have noticed during their stay.

Excellent property

Pleasantly surprised by a series of positive situations: hotel on the beach, Mor the lifeguard always welcomes you with a smile, floor waiters always available for any request, not to mention the chef who prepared delicious dishes for us all week for both lunch and dinner in the right quantity. Perhaps savory options were missing at breakfast, which could be added, but overall highly recommended. Compliments to the very sweet waiters and the entertainment, which was never intrusive.

Disappointing.

Nice, but the service starting from the subway leaves much to be desired. The dishes, especially the first course, are scarce, and the second course is meager with non-existent sides, and sometimes it is inedible. POOR STAFF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
