Paradise

What can I say, a little paradise, recommended for unplugging. Strategic location, friendliness, excellent food, not to mention the wine they produce themselves. We felt at home, the pool in the middle of the vineyards is adorable and above all suitable for children.
We will definitely be back

Discreet visit to the cellar: those who welcomed us were kind and helpful.
We then had dinner tasting the wines: he cooks with good raw materials, but the dishes, I deduce ready, arrived too cold on the table.
Even the very basic rooms, clean but with mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
Improveable.

Perfect welcome in the vineyard under the castle.

In the vineyard under the Grinzane Cavour castle, simply perfect: spacious and clean suite, well-furnished, elegant, with breakfast featuring freshly made hazelnut cake; it couldn't be better. There is also an excellent restaurant. The staff was more than courteous.

Spacious room close to the vineyard, attentive and very kind staff. Great food service.

weekend in Alba

We spent a weekend in this very pretty location near the castle of Grinzane Cavour. It is a very cosy and comfortable property, our room was not very large but it was clean and tidy, the bathroom was completely new, and the decor was modern. The breakfast room and restaurant was really spacious and nicely decorated with a nice view of the castle as well.
The breakfast was quite stocked especially with desserts even homemade. With lactose-free options (not obvious!!!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dinner very rich and varied. Good value for money Parking available on site with direct access from the room. We did not have time to do a tasting of their wines but in case there would also be this possibility. I highly recommend it for a weekend away considering the strategic location close to many places of interest such as Alba itself
