I am part of the San Filippo Neri group in Milan and I must congratulate the cook Davide and all the staff especially Mrs. Celina for the treatment received for the courteous and kindness shown in our complaints worthy of a 4-star hotel definitely will return

Great full board in Diano Marina

A pleasant stay in late summer: appreciated the structure as a whole, cleanliness and care of the room. Attention to the guest and the food “needs”, a diet that we could respect with the menu available the previous day, preparing our needs, welcomed with collaboration.

Bad experience

Bridge of May 1. Food all good, but portions of the second ridiculous. Nice and spacious room. Mattresses and pillow tops. Big catch regarding the days of stay. Booked by phone, where I am exposed the total amount for 3 people and for the 3 days required in full board. On the morning of the third day I go to pay the bill agreed by phone, then I am called back by the receptionist who advises me that the amount paid is only for 2 days and not three. They call the manager, who obviously doesn't accept what I'm saying and doesn't care about anything, but claims there's a price list and it's my fault I didn't look. The person who had taken my reservation telling me the same amount 3 times, does not admit the mistake and does not accept any responsibility '. Moreover, his colleague insists that from Thursday to Sunday it is 2 days and therefore I should have paid the 3 days. So watch out for making reservations, do it only if it's all straight through email. Bad experience and false and lying secretary.

Not for the elderly

Organized trip for the elderly: Rude manager, to summarize briefly: for a slight bronchitis I was "forced" to go to the hospital and when I returned I could not pack my bags.
