Fabulous small B & B

Wonderful friendly kind & thoughtful hostess at this small but beautiful b&b on one floor ! Lovely garden right on the fabulous Lake Maggiore. Perfect setting for a quiet relaxing break. Great bar/restaurant within an easy short stroll away.

More could be done with little

Great location down the street, lake view and private parking. Room and shower small, but the real problem was the cleanliness. Only the sheets and sanitary ware were clean., the rest left much to be desired. Dust and mold, dirty walls. Instead of radiators 2 stoves connected to the gas that I think were not turned on for years. Dust also on the TV remote control. High electrical outlets without supports, not even a bedside table! Kitchen and garden common areas.

Resounding No

The location on the lake is very good. Otherwise, the B&B is indiscussable. Old, homemade furniture, improper renovation, extremely noisy, mold and dirty mattresses and high prices.
Despite timely cancellation of a second booking, the amount was simply debited.

POOR CLEANLINESS AND ROOM WITH LIMITED SPACES

We stayed in this B&B for 6 nights, the room assigned to us unfortunately turned out to be very limited in space as well as being quite dirty and neglected.
The bathroom had rusty furnishings, mold in some parts of the shower, walls and windows as well as having a stained toilet seat.
Venetian blind on the bathroom window broken, limiting one's privacy inside considering the exposed exposure of the room located on the ground floor.
There were many cobwebs and spiders on the ceilings.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not sanitized and gave off a bad smell.
Breakfast was very limited and not varied at all, 1 croissant, 1 coffee or cappuccino and a few slices of bread with jam or Nutella were served.
As an alternative to the sweet breakfast there was the possibility of opting for a few slices of bread with some cold cuts and scrambled eggs.
To these were added some yoghurts and a 2-litre bottle of fruit juice which was given to us opened and consumed by others from the first day and was the same for the entire overnight stay.
Nonetheless, the lady who managed the facility was friendly and nice.

The entire complex is full of dirt and mold!
The pictures of the accommodation are not up to date!
Absolutely dangerous to health!
The reviews on all portals may be fake.
Please be careful!
We booked it because of the location and the price.
