Comfortable but can improve

Very nice location, good management of online check in and keys to the tavern dozza (which I recommend )! Clean room, comfortable bed, I would pay more attention to details (broken basket in bathroom, reclaimed coat rack, kettle not connected to electricity, only two tea bags, no coffee .. lack of courtesy slippers) .. and it would be great

cercheremo di cambiare gli appendi abiti, non è l'unica a cui non piacciono :)
Per le ciabattine mi spiace molto ma siamo solo una locanda e le 4 o 5 stelle sono lontane.
Il cestino non va bene per niente e quindi grazie per la segnalazione. In generale faremo tesoro dei suggerimenti.

Holiday

We stayed with Smartbox .. negative experience. on the site check-in at 2.30 pm we arrive instead was 16.30 .. l we were given the cheapest room .. coffee breakfast and croissants.

Signora Tiziana, se non si è trovata bene lo capiamo ma dire bugie è insopportabile.
1 ha ricevuto precise informazioni tramite mail sull'orario del check in. E, vorrei sapere, dove nel nostro sito comparirebbe un orario diverso? Ribadisco, ha ricevuto le istruzioni per raggiungerci tramite una mail dove l'orario del check in è specificato benissimo. Evidentemente lei non le ha lette.
2 le nostre camere hanno tutte lo stesso prezzo. Che, tra l'altro, è superiore a quello che offriamo agli ospiti dello Smartbox, e se lei fosse andata sul nostro sito lo saprebbe.
3 agli ospiti dello Smartbox riserviamo la camera Federico perchè offre una splendida vista sulla valle che lei, non solo non ha apprezzato, ma ha anche ritenuto di scarso valore.
Il nostro obiettivo è promuovere il nostro Borgo che, purtroppo, va scomparendo. Se lei non lo apprezza non torni a trovarci.

Pleasant discovery

Great accommodation in the village center.
Cozy and clean room with large shower. Mattresses Como.Noi we stayed in the Giulietta room and there was also a balcony overlooking the hill. Reserved parking free of charge. The only drawback to keep in mind the staircase that leads from the parking lot to the inn to do with your luggage.
Excellent also the tavern and bar x dinner and breakfast.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Clean, quiet and comfortable in a good sized room. The glass soap dispenser was broken with some sharp edges and the Mountain View is disappearing by a large tree (see pic) and the breakfast was a single croissant and a cup of coffee but as breakfast wasn’t mentioned when we booked it’s hard to complain.

ci spiace per il portasapone, abbiamo provveduto a sostituirlo.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione: siamo una locanda. La colazione viene servita al bar e non può contemplare la quantità di cibo servito di solito in un albergo.

Never again!

The Federico room was different from the one depicted on the site. Only the camera was the same. The bathroom was outside the room. There were three out of six non-functioning bulbs. Unwieldy and little guided entrance with total abandonment of the guest, left to fend for himself, unanswered to whatsapp messages, calls and emails. Which is out of place for the three emails received for confirmation, check in and instructions, including message for whatsapp. I found a lady who told me that after two hours of waiting without answers, she had decided to go somewhere else. I was still determined to stay, as long as I had a problem and had to go home for an emergency leaving the room after 15 minutes of entering the same. Without touching anything. I requested a hypothetical refund, even partial, through whatsapp, calls and emails. Still with no answer.
Money taken in advance not refundable in front of a completely absent service...
...Never again!
