Excellent structure

Excellent location, quiet and close to the center.
Comfortable and large apartment, for us who travel by bike it was possible to bring the bikes inside and recharge the batteries. Kind and practical host. Also recommended for those traveling by bike.

Terrible, it couldn't have gone any worse. Not recommended for everyone, very rude staff

Lack of a TV, there wasn't even a bottle of water, the owner was very rude and rude, we were wrong to book instead of booking for 2 I booked for 1, however it said double bed, in the sand we found it 2 single beds, one without sheets, obviously the towels were for one, so we slept in 2 on the single bed so as not to disturb the owner who was 2:00 in the morning.
The owner first accuses us that we did this on purpose, then asks us the difference in cost of a double room which is not justified given that we used a single bed between 2 and used up towels for one person, he would have been right if we had used a double room for 2 at the cost of one but instead it was a single.
Furthermore, he tried to buy us the positive review by saying that there would be some elusive €50 food parcels because he obviously leaves the maximum score to a draw among those, so these parcels probably don't even exist. The most terrible experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN
If he had been kind to us and understanding it would have been different.
A serious person, given that we slept 2 on a single bed, would not have asked for €1 more.
Then our mistake arises from the fact that it said double bed, written falsely on Booking.
One last thing to demonstrate the fact that he is an unfair person, we booked at the Antica Loggia instead he made us stay at the new lodge, a significant unfairness and in common I saw that this last thing also happened to others seeing the reviews

Great value, friendly host!

We spent here one night only on our way to visit the Frasassi caves. The room was spatious and clean, breakfast was varied and nicely served. The man who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information about the caves and the other attractions in the area. Great value for money. Recommend it!
