Located in a noble palace, a few steps from the main square

The structure has been created inside a noble palace owned by the family, located in the historic center, a short distance from the main square.
We were provided with a pass that allowed us to park the car practically in front of the entrance.
Good breakfast, served in one of the many rooms of the palace. Room a little cramped, with blind bathroom and with excellent cleanliness: the absence of doors to the window, however, allowed daylight to show itself already in the early morning!
Staff courteous and helpful.
The overall assessment must take into account the truly low cost of the overnight stay.
As far as we are concerned, we would recommend it.

Nice structure, but basic services are missing. The heating was out of order. Lukewarm radiators. The bathroom radiator was completely cold! Even though we had reported the problem, the managers did not take action, despite knowing about the boiler failure (confirmed by the staff). Breakfast poor in quality and choice. Rusks with a moldy taste, confirmed by the staff, but offered again the next day. The second day there was no cleaning. Poor bathroom kit (a small bubble bath for two people). On the day of check-out we were unprofessionally invited to leave the room early because, coincidentally, the workers had to repair the boiler! In all this, no one, much less the owner, apologized for the inconvenience!

stunning B&B in an ancient palace right in the centre of beautiful Fermo.
The room was large and finely decorated, the bathroom huge and respectful of its original styling. Everything was clean and quiet. Free Wi-fi. Big lounge rooms with books and armchairs. Lovely breakfast room with varied breakfast served from 8 to 10. The owner is very gentle and eager to chat or to give suggestions about what to do or where to go.
