Dinner and overnight stay

I was there with my girlfriend and we were treated very well. From the reception, to the rooms, to the quality of the food. Great experience and beautiful property!

The first and last time

A few hours at the pool, to be forgotten!
Everything is specified on the signs, except that from 2:15 PM the DJ set starts at full volume by the pool, and they don't even say so when you arrive with a newborn at 11:00 AM and they let you choose an umbrella and sunbeds in the front row.
I kindly asked to have the volume of the speakers turned down, but I seemed like a heretic "ma'am but now the second DJ set is starting!" and when I asked them to change my spot since I wouldn't even be able to swim with the baby anymore, they stalled for another hour until they proposed the only solution: that I leave.
Never seen such unheard-of arrogance towards a customer. Absurd
And to think that I was organizing a day with the whole family, we would have booked 9 umbrellas. But luckily I went to check in person and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Perhaps relax

Beautiful structure, very friendly staff; unfortunately, they handle problems poorly. We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not the one we had booked. Additionally, there was a nice room next to ours where they were doing some work. I went to the reception to speak with what I believe was the manager, and I was told that they would stop. I asked if the work would continue the next morning, and the manager told me no. I inquired about changing rooms, as arriving to find noise was unpleasant, but he confirmed that there had been no noise. The next morning at 8:40 AM, we were awakened by loud phone calls and various noises coming from the adjacent room. Zero respect, considering they could have changed our room; we were the only reservation. I was extremely disappointed, the bed was broken and noisy, there was little to almost no privacy in the rooms, the fridge was very noisy, and there were dirty utensils and chipped plates. It is a real shame because it is truly a beautiful structure.

Fantastic experience. Location cared for in every detail, great food, clean and cozy rooms and really helpful and kind staff. I will definitely be back!
