Optimal

Hotel better than expected, clean, welcoming, good food. Very kind and friendly staff. Clean swimming pool, lovely place, excellent for relaxation. We also brought our little dog. We will gladly return.

Negative experienceaaa

I booked by phone for 2 nights. I spoke 3 times on the phone. With the Owner. Double with Half Pension. Upon our arrival we are assigned a room by a girl .. arranged and wearing the costume knock at the port saying that they had the wrong room. I state that on the phone we were told that the rooms were all the same. Surprise they trim us an attic with a double bed. Long story short, they tell us to rely... between screams and calls to the police they send us away with costume and Recommendation to report to consumers. We ruined those sacrifices 2 days

Nice atmosphere and great relaxation!

I stayed a few days in this hotel with my very old mom, we were assigned a comfortable and spotless two-bed room on the ground floor. The garden and pool proved to exceed our expectations, all very nice, quiet and relaxing. Home cooking, traditional and good, suitable, rightly, for a clientele not really young: a fixed daily menu, but with the possibility of asking for variations. Maybe I'd add salt to the breakfast buffet. The friendly and helpful staff as well as Mr. Franco. The Bonifacio springs can be reached on foot with an easy five-minute walk. We liked the slightly retro but well-kept atmosphere of the building, so far away and much more charming than the 'big barracks' hotels on the main street. I heard someone complain about the air conditioning working in their room. The price is correct and I will return to Gioia Garden very gladly.

We stayed here one night with dinner and breakfast. On the phone, twice, we were confirmed a price per room that magically doubled at check out. The owner said there was an error of understanding that cmq made us pay almost totally. He didn't apologize in the slightest, he was rude.
Never this place again.
I just compliment the girl who was in the room to serve who was very kind and pretty.

A relaxing break

For my first time in Fiuggi I booked at the Gioia Garden hotel and I can say that it was an excellent choice. The property is a few minutes walk from the center and the spa park, but you can enjoy the tranquility of accommodation on the outskirts. A splendid garden with little corners to rest under the trees and with a swimming pool, all very well looked after. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. We took advantage of full board and we weren't wrong. The cuisine is varied, plentiful and with excellent products. Congratulations to all the staff, welcoming, attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back.
