Terrible reception
We entered the Hotel to have a coffee and use the facilities, as well as to inquire about a possible stay, on 7-26-2026 at approximately 4:00 PM. The person in charge of the reception served us with "indifference," specifying, when I started to sit in an armchair (the time it took for my husband to go to the bathroom), that it was not a bar. With such treatment, I really do not think I will stay at that Hotel. Sergio and Olga Cicconi. Rome.

We only stayed one night and it was more than enough. The rooms are completely soundproof: you could clearly hear people talking in the next rooms, as if they were in our room. Rest was impossible.
During the night of the stay, our friends' little girl was sick, making the situation even more delicate and stressful. The next morning they asked for a few more hours to check out, considering it was Sunday and given the situation, but the answer was a categorical refusal because the hotel "closes", without any flexibility or understanding.
The most serious thing was the brown water coming out of the pipes. An unacceptable situation from a sanitation point of view. We were all outside the hotel in disbelief, along with other customers complaining of the exact same problem: even in their rooms the water was brown. A surreal scene.
The only positive note: the waitress, kind, polite and smiling. She was the only person to show professionalism and courtesy.
Otherwise, an extremely disappointing and worrying experience. We do not recommend it.

A star even too much as a vote for the hotel, the owner then, there are no words, probably has the wrong job

Bad as hell.
We arrived at the Hotel on 30/12/2025
When my partner took a shower, the phone exploded in his hand, reporting a black burn in his hand, the next day, we go out, we return to the hotel and the room had not yet been made, towels not changed. Arrived at the check out,
we ask for the bill to pay, it was 85 euros per room just to pay for 2 pizzas, and two aperitifs, given the inconvenience and physical risk we thought we had another treatment. I do not have the pleasure of returning to this structure

I was scouting for hotel in Fiumalbo
Hello all, here is the weirdest dtory that has happened to me and my lil yorkie in the beautiful Fiumalmo on the Appenini Emiliani.
Parked the car to start browsinf the village and its hotels, i had a list , while walking in the square, a powerful summer rainstorm started, me and my doggie saw a terrace with a tent that said Hotel, restaurant, we saw other prople seated outside drinking, and i said why not, right time for a Spritz. We sit for at least 5 minutes, no waiter…..
Few minutes later comes out a man screaming and shouting that me and my lil dog had to leave, we could not sit there, he was very aggravated and scary.
I tried to say that i was waiting for a waiter to order a drink, or order something else. In response he got more menacing and told me that he’s not there to make drinks,…
Not to make a big fuss i took my lil yorkie and walked towards my car under the pouring rain.
After few minutes of driving a little bit outside the centre of town I found lovely hotel/full meal, run by the nicest family,
The place is called “ Il Laghetto”,
Next year i will bring my mom and other relatives.
