Elegance and comfort

An excellent choice for a stay in Florence, close to the center but at the same time away from the crowds of mass tourism. The rooms have been renovated to allow for a stay in comfortable environments while preserving some original parts like the beautiful floors and some frescoes. Efficient and kind staff.

Potential but needs to be treated

We stayed in 8 people in apartment 4, two rooms are in the basement (they should put a nice humidifier) and maybe take a look at the heating.
The apartment should be more cared for, fairly new bathrooms.
Great location near the center, 3 mini ti walk from the river Arno.

Great experience!

I highly recommend it!!! Our experience was perfectly clean and big apartment!! Alexandar from the Front desk helped us call in what we needed and was very kind and willing!!! Additionally via WhatsApp app we sent points of interest such as restaurants, cafes, ovens and much more near our apartment!!!

shameful.

Poor cleaning , poorly maintained luxury apartments , zero control and customer service , a real shame , we found mold in the bathroom and cobwebs in the bedroom

Mold on the walls

When we first got to the apartment it looked ok, but it was almost not cleaned at all. There was mold behind the bed on the first floor, and serveral of us could smell it and started to get a headacke. Also the internet diden't work. We contacted the hotel and told them that we could not stay there and booked an other hotell. Then asked them to refund the money for the apartment. So far the hotel has not agreement to anything. I highly recomend people to stay away from this place.
