Excellent central location and spacious for a family of 5 with young children. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The wireless worked well. The room was clean, although the bedspread is beyond its reasonable life-- it's stained and dull. Some of the stains are large: yuck. The property is difficult to access. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., but you are warned ahead of time that there may not be someone there to check you in so you have to contact them beforehand. There is a locked front door, and you have to ring the doorbell for someone to let you in. There is an elevator, but you have to haul your luggage up about 12 or 14 steps to get to it. Then another locked door to get into the lobby. Finally, you can get to *your* door. The television would not turn on. It's okay.

Terrible stuff

The staff is extremely irresponsible and rude! I am upset and angry.
I made a hotel reservation with breakfast, which is very important to me when booking a hotel. Five months later, if we hadn’t called by chance, we would have never found out that they no longer offer breakfast at all—and they didn’t even inform us. Their excuse was, “We have so many clients, we can’t notify everyone!” Most likely, they just didn’t want to lose customers.
They responded very rudely and didn’t seem concerned about this incident at all. I do not recommend this place!

The location was great and the staff couldn't have been better. My only complaint was that the room wasn't very comfortable. The chairs were stiff and the couch was hard.

Terrible Apartment in perfect location

The booking com offer said it was a double bed with 2 living rooms , coffee machine and water kettle. Turns out to be a small French bed 1.40m with the second room being locked and was just the water cooker. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent. Problem is the booking com details were not correct and would not have chosen the place if french bed had been stated in the offer. The hotel said they are not responsible for booking com and did not agree that they had any responsibility. I will not return and the highlight was to close the door never to return.
