It was beautiful

The beds were very comfortable; fortunately, there was a mosquito repellent device because there was one mosquito, but everything else was truly beautiful and there were no other problems.

Not accurate to description

My partner and I stayed for 1 week. Unfortunately mostly bad but some good points.
Good:
Spacious
2 sofa beds
Fast internet
Fairly quiet area
Bad:
Stairs not lit
No way to lock the door
Unclean (hair and dirt)
Black mould in the shower
Hot water fluctuates between hot and cold
Melted hairdryer supplied
Washing machine old and dirty
Only 1 air conditioning remote for 2 rooms
Hard mattress
Heat controls on the walls don’t do anything but the guest pack says to use them.
Very small fridge for an apartment.
A male cleaner walked in on my female partner while she was in the room in her underwear. She wasn’t expecting a cleaner, then it took several attempts to get him to leave.
Took several days for trash to be collected from outside the room.
It is difficult to get fresh towels as the person who runs the apartment only replies via Booking.com messaging.
You have to go to a hotel on another road to check in and pay the city tax. Then they give you a code to get into the building, then another code to get into the corridor where the room is, then another code for a lockbox with a keycard inside.
Overall I’d say just stay in a hotel, there is one almost opposite and also the one where you pay the city tax for the apartment.

The owners/staff were helpful and reachable at all times. Communication is key to a smooth enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for us. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to city center. I highly recommend Casa del Sarto.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was completely unresponsive no idea how to check in. Spent three hours calling Expedia trying to figure out how to check in for someone to answer the phone and tell us to go to a different hotel.
They were missing keys and luckily there was a spare one completely different composite
The entire apartment smelled like smoke and we complained about it and no one did anything completely ghosted us
Expedia tried to call them and gohsted Expedia as well.
The apartment looked completely different in pictures. Missing a lot of furniture and decor.
The electricity did not work properly would highly recommend staying far away from these people, even if they fix the apartment and management was completely neglectful and I highly recommend staying far away from this place. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel for Apartment.

The room was new, like a museum, very pretty, clean, spacious with living room and kitchen. The cleaner came exactly at 10am. Courteous. We were confused at the beginning when we arrived. Apparently we have to go to another hotel for check-in so make sure to check that before arriving. It's a lot of walk. Also, the location is 15-20min away from the main attraction. Beautiful space.
