This was a Charming, great, modern place. It is in a perfect location, and had everything we needed.
The only thing that let it down was, it was on the 5th floor with 8 or more flights of stairs and no lift. It might be good to mention this in the add as some people need to know, it was somewhat of an issue for us, as my wife is recovering from ankle surgery. Apart from this in was absolutely perfect, excellent air conditioning throughout, great beds, all required amenities plus kitchen and lounge facilities. We really enjoyed the charming apartment.
The host and people we dealt with were friendly helpful and accommodating.

They notified us the hob was broken, but no offer to knock anything off the cost as a way of apology.

This was the perfect spot for us. It was not in a high tourist area but very walkable to all attractions, food and transportation. It was nice to enjoy the evening at a local restaurant and not be crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Cute apartment. Unfortunately air conditioning only worked in one of the rooms.

Its on the top floor. So the unit was really hot on a summer day. One of the two ACs was on but it took a lot of time to cool down the apartment such that it did not actually cool till early morning on any day. There are three keys required but only two were provided. Communication with the concierge is a problem. They do not like to be called. They prefer whatsapp message only. Lock for the door in the stairway can be opened from outside but we had to be told about it. A better way for the host/concierge would be to list down all instructions on a piece of paper and hand it over to the guest upon arriving so that they do not miss anything. They told us about trash that if we have more than one bag, we should throw it ourselves but we found that the earlier guests had not even thrown their trash out - and neither did the cleaners or host check about it. Other than these little things, its a nice apartment with a working kitchen.
