Excellent value
This is a lovely little B&B. It's very clean with generous sized rooms with a little fridge, TV and loads of wardrobe/storage space. The host was very kind and was very keen to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy.
It's a good 30 min walk into the heart of Florence and 15 mins from the closest train station. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. There aren't many places to eat nearby and with it being a bit out of the way, it's not really a place you can nip back to change or rest before going back out.

Authentic Florence Experience
If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience then this is the place. The hosts go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need. The 3 different hosts that we met were an older couple and I think it was their son, the son speaks English really well and the parents... not so much, but they are sooooo friendly and will try very hard to do what it takes to ensure you have a great stay. The son is very helpful with letting you know of any events of places that you should go and he will help map out everything so that you can see all the different places that you want to go. He also has some amazing restaurant recommendations. By far one of the best places that we stayed during our entire trip through Europe, mainly because these people were so amazing.
If you are a small family with kids it might not be a great idea to stay here unless you rent out all three rooms. I say this because I have two little ones and I would be worried that they would be too loud for the for the close quarters in this little B&B, and could keep up the other visitors. But that is entirely up to you.
You will have to walk a little while to get where you would like to go but that is not a big deal since all of Florence is really pretty. Plus, you're on vacation, enjoy the little stroll around the city.

Great place in Florence
Stayed there for a long weekend (2people) because we were going to the MotoGP in Mugello and of course visit Florence. Small grocery shop in walking distance and about 2K's walking to the main center in Florence. Bus stop also close by the B&B if you don't want to walk to the center (taxi about 15euro's). Around the corner is a Pizzeria that has great pizza (also take away). In the B&B, the large bedroom was modern and clean with a good size bathroom/shower. The owners (couple) were very accommodating and made sure we had a good stay. A breakfast of cereal yogurt, fruit, croissants, toast, coffee, tea and fruit juice was very nice and the hosts had set up a breakfast table. No issues with the WiFI either. Highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely stay at Chez Moi.
We stayed two nights at this b&b. The room was very clean and modern. Even though we arrived very early Mario and his father were very pleasant and rushed to finish cleaning our room. The air conditioning was very efficient and shutters on the balcony doors kept the room cool while we were out all day. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, yogurt, fruit juice, tea or coffee and the most delicious fresh croissants I have ever tasted. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful, they even laid the table and left breakfast for us when we were leaving at 5.40am. Would highly recommend this b&b.

Lovely Room
We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Florence. The room was lovely and very well presented for a B&B. We had a balcony which overlooked the garden too.
The only problem we had with this B&B is the location. It was slightly out of town so had to get buses or taxis into the centre. The owner was great and helped us locate the bus stops etc. Sometimes it was easier to just get a taxi but they were so overpriced (14-20 euros) and the price starts at 6 euros as soon as you get in the taxi!! Definitely some tourist scamming going on there...... Apart from that though Florence is a fantastic city and the B&B is great if you don't mind doing some walking or bus journeys.
