Best hotel in Florence!!

This hotel is a true hidden gem. They don’t have much social media hence the old photos. It is so close to everything. Great value for money. Rooms were large and very clean. The decor is very old style florentine but it was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent treatment, unbeatable quality-price

It is not a hotel, it is a pension, located in a super central location, Right next to where the Medici lived in the Renaissance, surrounded by palaces, It was clean, decorated in a classic way, very in keeping with Florence, BUT IT IS NOT A HOTEL LUXURY!!!! Reception is open until noon or so, but you come and go with your key whenever you want. It doesn't have an old smell at all as usually happens in these old accommodations. It was very clean and all the rooms face interior patios so they are very quiet. You have unlimited free coffee or tea at the entrance and many books about Florence that you can read. Something important is that this type of construction does not have an elevator and is a second floor. In that location, in a normal hotel I would have paid a lot more.

Great decor in a perfect location...

This is a stylish and well located place for a good price. Our trip, in April 2024, was a happy one, with a three night stay. Some issues with cleanliness and water pressure, but some great decor and a location to die for, right next to San Lorenzo and the Ruccelai-Medici palace, both of which are excellent visits.

Come back to the ancient Florence history

Excellent location in the center, excellent cleanliness and very kind managers.
The only flaw is that there is no lift and it is on the second floor but it can be done!
The nice surprise are the period furnishings and furniture that make you feel welcomed by a real Florentine family. Come back to the ancient Florence history

Fantastic !!

We stayed at this place for 3 nights in April of 2023. We enjoyed every bit of it. The lady at the check in was super friendly and the check in was very easy. There’s no real breakfast on-site but there is plenty of coffee and sweets all day at the reception. There are lovely cafes nearby for breakfast. The location is great, just far enough out of the centre so it's not too busy, but only a few minutes walk to the main sights. The bed was very comfortable. The room was gorgeous with antique furniture and very clean. Bathroom spacious with many amenities. I highly recommend this place.
