Loved it!

We loved this hotel. We had a spacious room for our family of four Each kid has a twin bed set up for them. One main washroom but a separate shower and sink one too. Washing machine was there and easy to use. Was so nice having the pool area (although small, great for an afternoon to cool off). Our ac was acting up and the front desk person (wish I got his name) and another maintenance man (glasses and didn’t know English) - they came right away and fixed it and had to get some tools and ladder. They were so apologetic and vacuumed after they were in our room. Fixed the ac super fast and the maintenance guy was trying to crack jokes. People in the lobby were so kind and friendly. Overall amazing spot to stay and great location for first time to Florence.

Great location

My family gave me that look when our taxi driver pulled up. It’s almost like a hole in the wall….
Once we walked in though they smiled and said good pick!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a flight schedule change and arrived so early and thankfully our rooms were ready and we were able to get in. It was so nice to be able to unpack and rinse off before heading out for the day! The rooms are small, but, it’s Florence in more of a centralized area so we were expecting that. Although small, very clean and had everything that you would need!
Our stay included the breakfast… Although they had many options to pick from we only ate there one morning…. deciding instead to get fresh pastries, and coffee from local cafés.
This hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to the Duomo and other sites. A great location.
Florence is one of our favorite cities and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going and we would definitely stay here again.

Five star treatment!

I had a truly enjoyable stay at IQ Hotel Firenze two weeks ago, and I'd happily return. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. The double room was adequate for me as I wasn't always there. It was a long stay for me. Florence and the surrounding areas can be done in 3 days or less. One of the highlights was the plunge pool — a real lifesaver given the hot weather Florence is experiencing. Being able to cool off in the mid afternoon heat was refreshing.
I also appreciated the practical touches that made daily life easier: access to an Anytime Fitness gym for just 10 euros a day allowed me to workout 4 times that week, and having a washer, dryer, and microwave on the premises was incredibly convenient for a longer stay. The hotel has what guests actually need.
The quieter location was another big plus so no crowds at your doorstep.
Altogether, the combination of warm, professional service and thoughtful amenities made our stay both relaxing and convenient. IQ Hotel Firenze struck a great balance between comfort and practicality, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Florence, especially in the warmer months. Staff was so helpful in giving me directions, lining up a day tour to the rest of Tuscany.

First time we used the IQ hotel in Florence. Have used the one in Rome many times. This one is of the normal IQ high quality as we have come to expect. It's close to the Accademia but a little bit of a walk from the other attractions. The neighborhood is very quite. The restaurant is good.

We had an amazing stay at your hotel! Stayed there June 10-16th. Aside from the great location , your front desk staff are AMAZING ! Delia Elisagrazia, Elisav & Fotios. They were so kind, friendly and professional. We had an early morning tour and they ensured we had ‘breakfast to go’ and again when we had a very early departure. Our luggage was damaged on arrival and once again they were very helpful in going the extra mile for us. My husband and I are very appreciative and wanted to ensure their employer knows how fortunate they are to have awesome front desk staff ! We will definitely recommend this hotel in Florence ! Great staff, breakfast choices, laundry, bar and lounge , pool and gym if you had time to do !!!
