Great hotel, fair price, would stay again.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary, 4 nights. There were a lot of highlights worth mentioning. For example, we informed them of our anniversary and they were over the top accommodating. Upon request several weeks prior, they ensured we were given a balcony view of the Arno which was stunning. Staff was over the top friendly. Hotel room was huge and bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom very nice and updated. The pool on the roof is larger than I envisioned from pictures and surprisingly pretty cold, given it was so hot outside. Location-wise, its easy to get to the main parts of Florence but just off the beaten path enough to retain some privacy. I would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Loved the rooms but the rooftop was so crowded and quite hot. Also, you cannot swim after 6 pm. It is officially a restaurant/bar then that you HAVE TO book in advance for. It would have been nice to just sit up top and enjoy a sunset but you cannot unless you have booked up there. Lots of rules. And, sometimes it can booked out.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and made staff was very good. Rooftop area was beautiful. Having children my only wish is that the pool would be open past 6 PM. A little bit of a walk to most of Florence‘s great shopping. All in all great fine and great value for the money.

Stay here!!

An unbelievable stay from the start. The staff was incredible! We arrived early and they were able to get us checked in and welcomed us with champagne and a sweet note for our honeymoon. The room was perfect and stayed cool while it was hot outside. A perfect location right outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. The rooftop is incredible! The atmosphere? A breath taking view, great pool, and the food and beverages are top notch. Everything was clean, quiet, and amenities were above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and loved that you can order other things if wanted! Great value for your stay, we will be back!

True Italian hospitality

We chose this hotel because of its incredible view over the city, but that quickly became secondary because what really makes this place special is the hospitality.
We had been a bit disappointed by others hotel we stayed at in Italy and we had started to think that Italians had lost that wonderful gift of welcoming guests with the warm smiles that Italian hospitality is famous for. But here, we finally found it again!
Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even spoke English, which unfortunately isn't something you can always take for granted anymore.
The breakfast was excellent with great quality and attentive service.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
Thank you all for making us feel so at home!
