Wonderful place.

Wonderful place and loved the delicious croissants and coffee in the morning. I loved the staff and the huge bed. I made a video on my YouTube channel. Look for it as it will give you a better idea than just pics. Enjoy and of this reopens I would highly suggest it.

Minimalism taken too far

The rooms are stylish, but overly minimalist.
No shelves or drawers.
No bag stand.
No chair.
No reading lights.
Useless tiny frig - as deep as a soda can.
No lobby or anyplace to go other than the room.
Nice bathroom and great location, but strange omissions. It’s like the person who designed these never stayed in a hotel.

Amazing service!

We absolutely loved staying there. Stayed in about 6 hotels all over Italy and this was by far our favorite. Super clean, modern and incredible location. Very professional and helpful staff. Our bathroom was HUGE and so was our bed. We very much enjoyed Silk Art!

Wonderful stay in the centre of Florence

We stayed at Silk B&B for 3 nights and were very happy with our choice - wonderful clean room with massive bed and lovely shower. Location couldn’t be better - right in the centre of Florence within walking distance to all attractions - we only used public transport to and from airport. Breakfast being served to the room was a nice touch. Staff not being at the property 24/7 wasn’t an issue at all - they were there when we needed to and were accessible via WhatsApp out of hours. They also provided some great recommendations which we followed in our trip!

Three PERFECT nights in Florence

LOCATION: We spent three nights in Florence, and it was the ideal location to see all the attractions. Everything was in walking distance, and the location of the B&B was in a very safe part of Florence. The B&B is surrounded by a ton of restaurants and shops.
STAFF:
Staff including Diana, Marco, and Danielle who are locals of Florence were so friendly and provided excellent restaurant and tourist site recommendations. This is not a hotel, but a B&B with five very modern clean rooms. Breakfast is served in the room, and is made up of Italian pastries, coffee, and juice. Staff is available a majority of the
in person, but later in the evening there is no staff in house. They can be reached by phone if there is ever an issue.
PRICE: When comparing the price of the B&B to other establishments in the are, they were very comparable. You are paying for the location!!! Not once did my husband and I need to catch public transportation or a taxi. We booked two months out because we were going to be traveling during high season. There are only five rooms, so I would highly recommend locking down your stay well in advance.
