Black & White & Funky (in a GOOD way!)

Location! Location! Location! Yet, this place (hotel) is sooooo much more than where it's situated!!!! We've been staying in some swanky hotels in Italy and I am told there are some 5-Star ones ahead, but I doubt ANY will compare to this one! Located right on the river, it is so close to EVERYTHING that is worth seeing here... shops, dining, clubs, historic sites. Once we were dropped here by taxi, I never got in a motor vehicle again.
Then there is the VIBE of the place... so kewl I felt like I was in a movie. Chic, funky, modern, EXTREMELY well maintained, comfortable, classy. The breakfast was amazing. Only English TV was BBC, but I wasn't watching much TV. Overall, GREAT experience. Staff were nice, professional and went above & beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Excellent value for money.

Very central and great value for money. Staff excellent. Small SPA area also excellent given the size of the hotel.
Rooms are on the small side but as far as value for money 10 out of 10. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely be back next time in Florence.

Clean, Modern, Perfect

While you do have to check in to the Hotel Rivers, which is about 20 minutes away, they kindly shuttled us to the apartment and called us a taxi when it was time for us to go.
We had a first floor apartment with a very big patio with nice furniture in addition to having a 1 bedroom 2 bath with a kitchen. It was very spacious and even though the location was a good 30 minute walk from city center we didn't mind and enjoyed eating outside of the tourist center and more locally.
The apartment is very modern and had dishes and pots and pans. It would have been nice if they had had some basics in terms of salt pepper sugar and coffee, but there was a grocery store just around the corner.
I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this apartment.

Can do much better

I had 2 apartments. Both of them are luxury flats, nicely finished.
I would not come back here though.
In both cases the keys collection is about 20 minutes walk away. Honestly from the flats.
The flats are owned by an hotel in the city centre.
Furthermore, when I got into the second flat, it was literally invaded by small flying insects.
I spent a good 40 minutes to get rid of them.
Also, the flat is in the basement and there's no indication of its location.

Fantastic place to stay in florence

An excellent apartment to stay in florence. Super clean. All appliances. Location is good. We will certainly use it again. Rooms are very nicely decorated . Nice balcony. Location near the great Arno river.
