A nice place but to far from the city

It was a very nice place , however a little too far from the city . But there was a bus stop right across the street , but ended up taking uber back at night due to the time .

Nice stay

We stayed three nights in this place.
Villa is located in a nice a quiet area. It a traditional neighbourhood outside city centre. A traditional and not tourist. There is opposite villa a bus station, it takes only 15 minutes by bus to reach city centre.
Our room was big and spacious, bathroom was also clean and spacious.
Breakfast is basic but tasty.
Hotel owner Maccio is kind and very helpful to recommend restaurants in the city.
Also there is a very good pizzeria nearby Villa, it’s only seven minutes walking distance from hotel.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Florence.

They didn’t mention before booking that it is prohibited to eat in the rooms or you receive an 80€ fine … also there was a smoking area right outside our room so the room filled with smell of cigs every few hours. The breakfast was weak, nothing freshly cooked and not worth the money. The shower was good and the host was very friendly. Too far from downtown.

Stay Top

A former convent, in the heart of the city.
The two gentlemen I interfaced with have an extra plus that you don't expect nowadays.
I often pass through Florence and from now on it will be my point of reference.
Kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, punctuality and excellent breakfast (Continental breakfast with toast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cappuccino coffee, croissants etc.)
Very hot room as requested and especially accept animals with a small plus of expense, much much lower than other facilities.
Thanks for everything
Raffaella and Gianluca

The stay was excellent . Mr Marcio has been an excellent host and very supportive. No doubts to include this place on my next trip to Firenze. The public transport (Bus) exactly on front of this place and 20 min from the city centre, so it is very convenient. Place is clean and comfortable, breakfast, good mattresses, and quit and secure area. This place is genuinely a 5 star place. Excellent service ! FIVE STARS !
