The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had arrived very early due to my transportation situation-they were able to find me a room when I arrived.
I purchased the breakfast, which was very good!
It held me over for my long day of travel. This is only 5 minutes from the airport- making this a very good and convenient experience

Bad experience.

I already wrote a review on Booking, and the next day the receptionist Sara called me on my cell phone asking me to cancel it and apologizing for the incident.
I thank Wyndham Garden for the response, but I must clarify because it is false, as already happened on Booking.
You responded with untrue information. We left the room at *14:20*, so with a 20-minute delay compared to the 14:00 paid for with the late check-out. We presented ourselves at the reception immediately apologizing.
What contradicts your version is the fact that at 2:20 PM we were already at the reception and were treated rudely and arrogantly by Ms. Sara, who ordered us to leave "immediately." If we had left the room "hours later," as you write, we would not have been there at 2:20 PM.
15/20 minutes are not "hours." Instead of verifying the incident and apologizing, you choose to contradict the customer on multiple platforms. WHAT A SHAME This confirms the lack of respect and professionalism. I confirm my 1-star review. AND NO, I’m sorry, I will not delete the review

We had an early departure. Hotel very close to airport. Picture airport sprawl- not. Packed into commercial -not historic, Florence. Compact, modern, clean rooms. Not much storage or counter space. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended 2 restaurants within a block of hotel. Difficult to navigate traffic on foot, but worth it. Very good food, surprisingly good table wine.

Convenient, very close to airport. Relatively clean. We had two containers of hair- conditioner but no shampoo. TV controller missing, had to request to be delivered.
Breakfast charged for 28 € is not cheap , but the meat was packaged american turkey slices and ham, don't smell fresh. There was supposed to be egg made to order, but doesn't look prepared for this.

The staff are great. They are helpful, friendly and speak English well. The hotel is a little run down and beat up with minimal amenities, the toilet seat was off its hinge, the room was very scuffed up, and there was no furniture in the room. The bathroom itself was clean as were the sheets. There were no tissues. I would expect more from a Wyndham flagged hotel.
