Great experience. Hello Gaia!!!
Excellent location of the hotel, close to the center, easily reachable by car, with parking nearby. Our room was spacious, modern, cozy, and always very clean. The breakfast was very abundant. The service was excellent, especially Gaia and Beatrice, who were kind and professional throughout the week. We expected a bit more from the menu, especially regarding the main courses; however, we enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, we encountered the hottest week in recent years and suffered a bit, both in the room and in the dining room; we hope it will be better in the coming years. The staff was very accommodating in assisting us with every need (bike storage, packed lunch in convenient thermal boxes...). We hope to return soon.

Absolute weekends.
We returned to this hotel for the 2026 Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.
Always a pleasure to return to the Vittoria.
Courteous, available, and welcoming, the Toller family is an example of 'good tourism' and especially correct.
Excellent services, some issues with the schedules, but everything else is okay.
Folgaria, thanks to such operators, gets the recognition it deserves...

An unexpected surprise!
EASY and FAST booking. On the day of arrival, I received a message with the location to best reach the hotel.
ONLINE CHECK-IN a few days before.
ROOM: we stayed (unfortunately only one night) in a room for 5 people (a double bed and 3 single beds for our children aged 12, 16, 18) that was wonderful! Modern furnishings, spacious and recently renovated bathroom, bathroom set included, television in every room. It was the first time we allowed ourselves a night in a hotel all five of us... and I have never stayed in such a beautiful room!
AMAZING BREAKFAST: abundant and with genuine products from sweet to savory.
Welcoming, kind, and attentive STAFF (and quick in responses via email at the time of booking).
IDEAL LOCATION: in the center of the town, family-friendly.
Despite the very short vacation, we were still offered the Trentino Guest Card.
However, it should be noted that it is a FAMILY HOTEL, so there are MANY children of ALL ages, and despite the heavy renovation, you might hear some crying and some voices that are too loud. Highly recommended! We hope to be able to return sooner or later.

AWFUL!
First and last time in this hotel!
Rooms also nice but from a hotel you always expect that something extra that here was completely missing.
Bad food, cold many times.
Owners inadequate to perform their duties, rude and disrespectful.
My wife already had doubts about coming to this hotel. As they say: Women are always right!

Feel at home on holiday!
Great hotel in the center of Folgaria, free parking adjacent to the hotel that works with QR CODE! Recently renovated rooms with excellent soundproofing and comfort! Spectacular restaurant with a hearty breakfast with several products prepared directly by them (bonus jams) and at dinner many traditional Trentino dishes prepared with skill and what portions! Small spa that however has everything you need to relax! We will definitely return very good location to go skiing or hiking!
