Neither praise nor blame.

Four stars, dated. Beautiful exterior, but the interior could use a refresh.
Breakfast was average. Kind and available staff.

CLOSE...!

I state that I had already been in the structure 4 years ago with my family and the services were accurate, this year I return with friends, we were three couples.... a disaster! Old and unmaintained rooms, dirty and 'to say little, where you turned you found 5 fingers of dust, dirty crutches in the closet, the sink faucet encrusted with limestone, shower and shower cubicle black from dirt and broken, broken vater tablet.... the breakfast food was not only missing, for example on the morning of May 1 we were told that they would put to bake bread.... but even we found mold under the apple pie!
I would say that if I buy a room in a 4-star hotel I expect hygiene and good food and not to be able to sleep for how much dust there was in the room.
Shame on you....you don't work like that!

Very nice

We stayed here 3 days and I would say we had a great time, sure as 4 stars would need some maintenance, but congratulations go especially to the staff, hall, breakfast and cleaning women simpaticissimi.Colazione plentiful and delicious, room quite quiet and comfortable.Grazie tutto.Mauro and Isabella

a functional structure

Structure just outside Ascoli, in a good location, cozy and with a good restaurant; furniture a bit '"past", but functional; I detected with pleasure a television at the height of a 4 star and particular attention to the guest in the bathroom, where there was a kit for brushing teeth and a beard kit, difficult to find in other facilities; minimal, but sufficient breakfast for which I would have made scrambled eggs, but did not make boiled eggs ("mysteries of faith"); excellent value for money
