Good hotel this, a short bus ride from train station or a 20 min walk. Good location as just a short walk to the centre of Forlì. Hotel/room was very clean, decent size, good nights sleep, and great air conditioning. Breakfast was superb, really set you up for the day, check out the the croissant variety albeit my fav is the Crostina. Reception staff are wonderful very helpful storing my backpack before checkin. Close to a lidl supermarket and a couple of very good pizzeria and bars. Overall great place to stay when visiting the beautiful little town of Forlì and as a base to visit places like Ravenna, Rimini and San Marino amongst others

This hotel does not correspond at all to a 4-star rating, barely to a 3-star.
At €100 a night, you can find better.
Friendly and smiling welcome.
Clean but small room; we were two but there is only one cup for coffee.
The television is placed on the side, which causes neck strain... and to operate it, there is a whole system; you have to wait nearly 5 minutes and... nothing happens. Everywhere you press the channel number, but not here...
For the bathroom: well arranged but nothing to hang the towels, tissues are missing, a magnifying mirror, body lotion, slippers... and the hairdryer must be plugged into the back of a small locker located at the bottom of the coat rack, which is difficult to reach. To top it off, on the second night there was no hot water...
Breakfast: there are sweet and savory options, but the products are industrial, and in the land of cheese (which consists of thin slices of tasteless cheese) and in the land of cold cuts (neither prosciutto nor mortadella).
Difficulties in finding the entrance to the hotel or the parking lot, which is poorly indicated.
On a positive note, the staff is friendly and smiling.

Disastrous experience. A 4 star that is barely worth it 1

I stayed at the Executive Hotel for 4 days for work and will never return.
If you are looking for a place to rest after a day at work, escape. I highly recommend it only to groups and groups that like to make noise undisturbed, because the structure allows this andazzo without problems.
Reception" and Animals:
I travel with my kitten (polite and clean) and, despite the structure is "pet-friendly", at check-in they asked me for a supplement of € 15 not clearly specified on the site. If the establishment does not want animals, it can say so clearly; asking for similar amounts without offering anything in return is theft. I hope that trade associations will start monitoring certain behaviours.
Rooms and Maintenance:
Decadent rooms and neglected common areas. During a shower the hot water ran out: reported the problem, the reception did not solve and I had to finish with the cold water.
The minibar did not cool and smelled closed: here too, unnecessary reporting.
If you really must come to this place, ask for the Via Vittorio Veneto side; the railway side is hell.
I had the "right" room, but it didn't help: every night parties, shouting and yelling in the corridor and the reception, despite the complaints, never intervened. My cat was terrified, I couldn't sleep.
Services bordering on absurd:
Gym: No access before 8 am "so as not to disturb guests". That's funny, considering they allow wild parties in the hallways every hour.
Garage:
Calling it "private" is a joke. The access ramps are devastated (serious risk for tires and/or shock absorbers), there are no gates or cameras. Anyone can come in. The abandoned sugar factory opposite is safer and better paved.
Check-out:
The icing on the cake? When paying, no one bothered to ask "how was your stay?". They probably already knew the answer or it's their sad business practice. No excuses, no professionalism.
What do you save???
Only fast Wi-Fi and breakfast, with good products and waiters (they do) nice and helpful. Unfortunately, a good croissant and good breakfast service are not enough to make you forget the chaos of the rest of the day and night.
In Forlì there are other 4 stars that cost less, are clean and know what hospitality means. Stay away from it.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti che il soggiorno non sia stato all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Abbiamo letto con attenzione le sue osservazioni, che per noi rappresentano un importante spunto di miglioramento. Desideriamo rispondere con la stessa attenzione con cui l'ha redatta.
In merito alla presenza del suo gatto, la prenotazione - effettuata via e-mail nell'ambito di una convenzione - non riportava alcuna indicazione al riguardo. Ne siamo venuti a conoscenza al momento del check-in. Il piccolo supplemento applicato è destinato interamente alla pulizia straordinaria della camera — una prassi standard nel settore alberghiero — e non ha alcuna attinenza con la nostra politica di accoglienza degli animali. Accogliamo gli animali con grande piacere; l’unica limitazione riguarda l’accesso alla sala colazioni, una misura adottata su richiesta di altri ospiti, a tutela di chi potrebbe avere allergie o semplicemente preferire un ambiente separato. Siamo certi che i nostri colleghi abbiano illustrato questa distinzione con chiarezza; ci dispiace che non abbia trovato riscontro nella sua percezione del soggiorno.
La segnalazione relativa all'acqua calda è stata raccolta immediatamente e il nostro team tecnico è intervenuto per le verifiche del caso nel più breve tempo possibile. Ci dispiace che il disagio abbia comunque inciso sulla qualità del soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda il frigobar, rileviamo che il problema non ci è stato segnalato durante il soggiorno: avremmo potuto intervenire prontamente, come fatto per l’acqua calda. Invitiamo sempre i nostri ospiti a contattare la reception per qualsiasi inconveniente, affinché possano essere risolti in tempo reale.
Per quanto riguarda gli schiamazzi, desideriamo precisare che il nostro personale è intervenuto prontamente, invitando i gruppi presenti in hotel a rispettare il silenzio. La nostra struttura è situata nel cuore della città: un contesto che, con piacere, vede il territorio animarsi di eventi ed iniziative anche dedicate ai più giovani. È quindi possibile che in determinati periodi la struttura ospiti ragazzi, così come accade in qualsiasi hotel cittadino. Il nostro staff vigila affinché la convivenza tra ospiti di diversa natura sia sempre rispettosa, ma comprendiamo che in talune circostanze, il riposo possa risentirne e ne siamo dispiaciuti.
L'orario di apertura della palestra regolamentato nelle prime ore del mattino risponde a una precisa scelta di rispetto verso gli ospiti alloggiati nelle camere sottostanti. Valuteremo come comunicare questa policy in modo più efficace.
Per quanto riguarda le osservazioni sul garage, il disagio non ci è stato comunicato durante la permanenza. Ciò detto, le osservazioni sono state prese in carico con la dovuta attenzione e gli interventi di ripristino sono già stati pianificati.
Il momento del congedo è parte integrante dell'esperienza di soggiorno. Ci dispiace che in questa occasione non abbia rispecchiato lo standard che ci prefiggiamo.
Siamo lieti che la prima colazione e la connessione Wi-Fi abbiano incontrato il suo apprezzamento: sono servizi su cui investiamo con convinzione.
Confermiamo il nostro impegno nel mantenere gli standard di ospitalità e faremo tesoro delle sue osservazioni per continuare a migliorare.

Good Hotel in Forlì

Return for the third time to this hotel in Forlì near the center for the Baroque exhibition. Clean rooms, hearty breakfast and convenience of underground parking.
