If only the towel hooks were placed a little lower...

4-star hotel of "name and fact". Super breakfast, exceptional staff, cleanliness and comfort to high standards. In short, the only flaw is the hooks too high but the fault is only mine because I am a meter high and “a hook” ... Thank you and if I should happen again in another of my solitary excursions in Abruzzo surely I will pass by you

Not to be repeated

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. **The value for money is definitely disappointing**. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers.
The rooms are incredibly small and, moreover, **without a wardrobe**, which makes it difficult to organize your belongings during your stay. Breakfast is very poor, both in terms of quantity and variety, and really leaves something to be desired.
Another aspect that disappointed me is the cleanliness of the rooms: **the service is only available until 13:30**, so if you come back late and want to rest a little longer, you risk not having the room clean for the rest of the day.
Although the hotel has a swimming pool, **there is no beach towel service**, which is really impractical. In addition, the pool bar only opens in the afternoon, limiting the chance to cool off with a drink in the morning.
Finally, there is not even a laundry service, even for a fee, which is a real inconvenience for those staying for longer periods or needing to wash something in an emergency.
**The only positive note** about this stay was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, who tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible, despite the many shortcomings of the structure. Unfortunately, however, this is not enough to justify the high price demanded.

Noi siamo l'Hotel Levante di Fossacesia marina in Abruzzo.
E non ci risulta sia mai stata ns. gradita ospite.
Le chiediamo gentilmente di eliminare la recensione erroneamente attribuitaci.

Left to sleep in the car inside the parking lot

This Hotel Levante is not to be recommended completely, I do not like to do this kind of reviews, also because passing often, for work on the state road I considered convenient to stay overnight in case of fatigue however, this nice view from the road is just a huge disappointment.
Back from the end of the wedding reception, in which we recommended this Hotel Levante, booked and confirmed the day before, I found the front door open and concierge empty, on the phone no Response, then I was forced to sleep in the car in the parking lot until the morning in the scorching heat. Nobody noticed my presence, very strange. Not even on email no Response, a corporate behavior towards a customer you do not expect. However, I did not get to have a coffee, recharge my mobile phone and take a shower, which I got to do at a nearby bathing establishment.

Perfect.

Wonderful holiday .. un Pochettino I shot and also abroad .but the cleanliness nn only of the rooms but of the whole hotel nn l I found from nulla parte.comodissimo x il mare.mangiare all good and quali.personale nn I want to make names because everyone was gentilessimi.camera with spectacular sea view .. and the gem of the electric shutters.ci will definitely return... thanks grazie.voto 15

Very friendly staff. Hotel spotlessly clean. Nice size pool and sun loungers.Well kept gardens.
