The staff here were hospitable and helpful, the best we experienced during our 2 week travels in Italy.

A stay attended to in every detail.

One night in this hotel and we were truly satisfied. The room was small but very cozy, with everything needed: beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower, brand-name products, and excellent hairdryer. Mini-bar with free water, a detail we always appreciate.
The pool is not huge but is very well maintained and surrounded by greenery, with about ten sun loungers with umbrellas available: perfect for relaxing. Rich and varied continental breakfast.
Special mention for the staff: the two girls we interacted with were very kind and always available, even offering a juice to my daughter mid-morning when the bar had nothing for her. A gesture that speaks volumes about customer care.
The only note is the location in an industrial area, which somewhat "pollutes" the view, but it did not ruin the stay in any way. Recommended!

Oasis away from city

Hotel has a good location, close to the city, yet not your typical business hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast offers great selection of food. Rooms and bathrooms are very small but for business traveler just fine. Bistro offers limited selection of very tasty foods. Nice to sit outside with a glass of local Lambrusco. Pool is a great bonus.

Cool, not far from the center

A magnificent building located in a lovely park, just a few minutes from downtown, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and has a beautiful pool, very pleasant. The welcome is very friendly and the staff is charming and very efficient.
However, we did not have time to enjoy breakfast or eat at the restaurant. That will be for next time!!

Excellent welcome

Excellent service, staff is available and very courteous. We stayed for two nights during the World Dog Show, and we found an excellent environment and availability towards our dogs. Convenient, secure, and shady parking. The pool is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. I would certainly return.
