Everything perfectly fine in this hotel. Recommended for those who need to go to the INI facility in Grottaferrata, the owner is courteous and kind and in particular available for anything. Recommended and I don't understand the negative reviews.

The list would be so long that the only solution would be immediate closure just for the disgraceful cleanliness.

good choice considering that the stay was only two nights
Very large but spartan room. Newly renovated bathroom. When booking I didn't notice that it was a two star hotel so I was surprised when I didn't find the usual sachets of shampoo and shower gel in the shower.
There was only soap in the dispenser near the sink.
Everything clean.
Breakfast with croissants, biscuits, jam and that's it, machines for milk, coffee and tea.
Excellent location.
Internal parking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Solo Women Especially
Unfortunately, the manager here does not know how to control himself. He was extremely inappropriate asking me personal questions (whether I was alone, if I had a boyfriend, etc.) blowing me kissing, and taking my hand. For some unsaid reason he decided to put me in a different room then he’d originally set up for me which made me uncomfortable to the point that I pushed some furniture against the door and never got undressed during my stay for fear of cameras. He kept insisting to make me a special drink even after I told him I don’t drink alcohol and wanted to go to bed. He even acted disappointed in attempt to make me feel bad about it.
If I had another option I would have left to go somewhere I could feel safe but it was already dark and the place is in the middle of an unlit residential neighborhood with no taxis or businesses in sight. Instead, I kept my composure and didn’t speak up because I didn’t want to escalate the situation.
If you are thinking about staying here to be close to the airport don’t bother. First, I had trouble finding a taxi that would take me there from CIA airport and it ended up costing more because prices outside of Rome City Center are not fixed. The taxi that was pre-arranged for my return to the airport actually came from Rome City Center and started the meter from there (before picking me up) so it cost nearly double then it would from center anyways.
As far as the room, it was big, old, and freezing since the windows were left wide open on an October night and the heater did not work. The bed was comfy enough but I could have slept better if it wasn’t for feeling unsafe, the loud guests, paper thin walls and awful echo throughout the building.
If the manager had some understanding that women do not stay here for his own entertainment and a little respect for himself and his guests, the problems with the room could be overlooked. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com who told me that the hotel is already under investigation for multiple complaints. Why they haven't taken the listing down yet is beyond me.

maybe not the best room but the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR GIGI!!!!!
i needed to stop over somewhere near to Fiumicino on my way back from a trip to america and found this little hotel on tripadvisor - the reviews about the place seemed ok and so i booked a room that was clean, well kept and very warm considering the cold weather outside, the rooms are split into two categories, executive or business rooms which are totally refurbished and standard rooms that are a little "tired" but do the job if you and not looking for high class accommodation but a nice big comfy bed, clean sheets and a very clean bathroom -
MR GIGI, the lovely owner and manager was charming and made sure that i had my dietry needs looked after at breakfast which was included in the price - he was so lovely to talk to and really interested in where we came from and how we were travelling, he is a great manager and cares about his customers, i am sure that if we had stayed for more time we would have become friends as that is how he treats you, like an old friend not just someone that checks in and checks out - i can quite safely say that i could not have asked for more for the price that we paid and could not have aspired to a better host - thanks Gigi, you really deserve this review and in accord with most of the other reviews i could not have expected any less than the attention you gave us.
