pleasant experience
Breakfast is one of the strengths: there is a good variety of both hot drinks and products to eat. You can choose between cakes and pies or packaged snacks, all always well presented and stocked.
The staff deserves a special mention: friendly, helpful and very attentive person. Since our arrival she welcomed me with kindness, providing useful information and always remaining ready to help with any need during your stay, until the time of departure.
The location of the B&B is also excellent, located in a strategic area between the upper and lower parts of the city.
Overall a very positive experience, which really makes me struggle to understand some older reviews. If I were to return to the city for other business occasions I would choose it again without hesitation.

Rude as hell. Paid by card but from booking we get the report that the card had problems (a card that makes payments every day). They have a number but don't want to be "disturbed," especially if they know that reservations were made on platforms and not with them directly. We change paper and insert a second one with different circuit...same thing, rejected paper!!! Even "a great lady" allowed herself to take me at swear words!!! Thank God that someone still comes to us in a useless place like that... other than believing to be in Monte Carlo!
It's never happened to me in my life.
Watch out for these cheaters!!!!
Unfortunately we read the reviews on Google too late and, as everyone can see, they use the same dishonest method with everyone.

UTTERLY UNRELIABLE
Moreover I was informed of the thing by Booking by email (!) at 4 am of the same day (traveling to read emails on time is not easy)
So if you want to find yourself like me without the room at 5 pm choose this property.
