Close to the sea, near the center

Great location. Large room, clean, with balcony from which you can see the sea (two minutes walk away is the beach of Serapo), large bathroom with shower also large.
Breakfast available in a bar a hundred meters away.
Excellent conversations via whatsapp with managers who promptly answer questions.
We had a great time.

Non-existent kitchenette

We booked this accommodation on booking looking for it with the kitchenette because having a small child we need to be able to make milk in the bottle. Only on the day of arrival, just before check-in the host tells us by phone that the kitchenette is there but has been rendered non-functional by themselves for reasons not better specified. Bottom line; my daughter was for 2 days without being able to take the bottle and not without whims and tears. The accommodation has several problems: leaving aside the fact that it is located on a second floor higher than average and has no elevator, the shower head is rusty and not working, the mosquito net was broken, the water dispenser was empty, there were bags of dirty linen in the hallway for days, according to other guests. Also you do leave the money of the tourist tax in the room but not issued the receipt. Communication happens and only whatsapp without ever seeing each other in person. It was the worst overnight experience I've ever had. Reported to the competent bodies

A No for family

Great location, but the property needs a thorough renovation.
The B&B is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the sea and close to the city center, but unfortunately the overall experience was not satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by large blue bags, probably from the laundry, and a small kitchen in poor condition. The rooms are quite dated: uncomfortable mattresses, worn furnishings and visibly dirty walls. The room was very cold, with almost ineffective heating, and in the bathroom the hot water took a long time to come out, making everyday use uncomfortable.
The bathroom was also very small, with slow drains that complicated the use of the shower and toilets. The bad smell in the room, probably related to the same drainage problems, was unnecessarily covered with perfumers.
The linens provided were visibly old, with quilts with an outdated style and little suitable for a modern reception. The entire structure appears neglected and not very functional, especially for those traveling with children.
Positive note: good breakfast served at a partner bar nearby.

Bad and dirty

The old room bad, bed with mattress 10 cm the irons behind the back with 5 missing slats, broken mosquito net, missing curtain, spiders, ants and mosquitoes, bad cleaning, cot with mattress with all yellow patches, second floor without elevator, old building, dirty stairs, as soon as you enter envelopes with linen on the ground, I could not wait to leave

bad I do not recommend it: makeshift attic, spacious room unnecessarily there are no drawers or bedside tables you do not know where to put things in the bedroom or bathroom. third floor without elevator. with a skylight that makes you wake up at dawn. we asked for second keys for our daughter but they did not give them to us and there was no possibility to open from above so if guests do not come back together you have to go down 3 floors to open who comes back later. dirty and old
