Vacation in Gallipoli

A truly fabulous hotel, where hospitality and quality are perceived in every detail. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and thoughtful, always available and ready to help with great professionalism. What we particularly appreciated was the authenticity and the welcoming atmosphere that make the stay truly special.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and high-quality products. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable.
A truly pleasant experience, thanks above all to the attentive and helpful staff. A hotel that we highly recommend and to which we would return with great pleasure!

Great Experience

My husband and i stayed 4 nights as part of a larger trip through Puglia. We stayed during the Festa di Santa Cristina, the town was very busy and fun during this time.
We arrived in the morning and the front desk staff made every effort to get us a room way before check in time. We only waited a few minutes while enjoying a coffee, then we were given a room. The room was modern, the bathroom was very good and the air conditioner worked well.
There was a nice roof top pool that was very appreciated at the end of the day after sightseeing. Drinks and snacks were easy to order using Whatsapp, very convenient service!
The staff communicated regularity using Whatsapp to check if you needed anything and to give restaurant and activity recommendations. They made all our reservations for us as well. They were happy to give us tips on things to do and foods to try at the Festa. They also have a beach shuttle to a couple of different beaches, and they will set everything up for you. There is also a public beach right in town if you don't want to venture out.
The hotel is an excellent location. If you are driving they have a garage for you to park, we were not driving so not sure what the charge is. They are located right near the bridge to cross into the old town, very walkable to both the old town and the new town for shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, with good service and great coffee.
The customer service provided by this hotel is fantastic, they were so helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Anniversary holiday

We had a wonderful weeks stay . The breakfast was superb and the staff really helpful. Really close to the old town so lots of restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool was very relaxing.

I booked a suite with a jacuzzi and overall a great room, but the electronic shower panel kept getting stuck and had to be reset before use (electric plugs in the closet)

Everything was perfect

I only have good words about my stay at this hotel. Both the location and the room were exactly what I was looking for to be able to rest. But the best part is the attention from all the hotel staff. They really make you feel at home!! Looking forward to returning!!
