Fantastic holiday from start to finish

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. Our first to this hotel, but most definitely not the last, we will definitely return at some point.
Staff are all lovely and cant do enough for you, our maid Nada did a fabulous job of looking after our room everyday. Anna was our waitress and was fantastic and very attentive seeing to our every needs.
The free shuttle bus was a huge bonus especially in the very hot weather, doing extra trips to accomodate us all.
We walked up from the town a few times when me misjudged our timings, and it was absolutely fine 15 minutes.
Loved the pool and hot tub after a long day exploring.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, the number of returning guests shows how good this hotel is. We spoke to several.

We will return

Hotel Eden was a perfect small family run hotel in a perfect location for the Lake and Garda town. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Immaculate grounds and plants. The half board option is fantastic value for money. A 4 course a la carte with salad and vegetable buffet, Sunday roast joints, all delicious and served with free wine, beer and soft drinks while you dine. Really friendly staff. We will definitely return. Thank you Hotel Eden.

A delight!

Booked this hotel last minute after reading reviews and it did not disappoint! Hotel is spotless, staff friendly, drinks reasonably priced and delicious and food was varied, of excellent quality and choice and always piping hot! Rooms were not the biggest but this isn't unusual for Italy and had everything we needed. It was cleaned thoroughly daily to a high standard. The pool area was lovely, no sunbed wars and such a peaceful haven. The courtesy buss ran frequently and on time, returning for guests if there wasn't enough room in first run which was greatly appreciated. I don't often return to the same hotel but have already booked for 2027. Thank you to all the team!

Beautiful Hotel

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We had a very friendly and super efficient check-in, our room was ready which was an added bonus, spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view out towards the mountains and the sun in the afternoon on the balcony. All the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, and Anna who worked in the dining room was always a joy.
The food both at breakfast and the evening meal was first class, with wine and beer included with the evening meal. We particularly liked that we kept the same table for the duration of the holiday, no wandering around trying to find a table like in previous holidays.
The walk from the hotel to Garda is a pleasant stroll, but the incline on the return journey might be too much for some, especially in the heat, but the hotel offers an excellent mini bus service, and will return if there are too many people.
The hotel has a lovely relaxed and friendly feel, no noise during either the day or at night. We met some lovely people and have already booked to return next year, which is a first for us as we rarely return to the same hotel.

Great stay at a relaxing, welcoming hotel

We just got back from a week at Hotel Eden Garda. There's a reason why Eden gets such good reviews. It's spotlessly clean and offers a really relaxed and welcoming stay. The food is of a very good standard (both breakfast and evening, we were looked after by Anna who was very efficient and friendly). The service all round is excellent. Very peaceful nights sleep each night. There is more often than not a spot by the ground floor pool but if not there's spaces on the terrace. Highlights were definitely having a cold drink at night on the terrace playing cards and looking over the great views of the lake. Garda itself is a great place to be on the lake with regular ferries down in the town. Overall I, like many others, highly recommend Hotel Eden. Thanks everyone!
