A great choice for an idyllic stay on Lake Garda

Villa della Palme was a wonderful choice for the few days that we spent in the beautiful town of Gagnano. There is nothing to fault and everything to rave about in this tranquil, lovely, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean with lovely views out onto the lake. The breakfast was a lovely experience, setting up the day dining on a linen tablecloth with fresh fruit, cold meat, cheese, eggs, croissants and again that stunning view. After breakfast, perhaps a swim in the crystal clear waters of the lake before a stroll down into town. In the evening we would dine at one of the surprisingly many fine dining options within the town. To cap it off, we were wonderfully well looked after by Max and Francesca, the hosts of the villa. Everything others have written about their hospitality was born out. It really did add another very special aspect to our stay and we will remember their welcoming warmth and care well into the future. Don’t think, just book this place!

Almost perfect

Fabulous location, nothing to object to. Care and good taste in every detail.
Room top. Friendliness from the managers. Relaxation, intimacy, a very rare corner.
A lot of beauty and perfection is not suited to breakfast, banal and scarce.
A real shame! Too bad we could not stop in the garden a little longer, as measured beds.

A hidden gem on Lake Garda

From the moment we arrived everything about our stay at Ville Delle Palme was simply incredible.
We stayed in the Lake Suite which is so beautifully adorned and well appointed. The view of the lake from our large private terrace was remarkable and the perfect place to share a charcuterie board and wine or soak up some sun.
Every morning breakfast would be served in the garden of the villa. The breakfast is definitely a highlight. But what set this stay apart from any other, was the hospitality of Max and Francesca! We left feeling like family - we will definitely be back!!!

A dream home in a perfect location

Fantastic villa on a partly secluded plot directly on the lake. Large garden area with very nice trees. Great view, highest quality of stay. Comfortable loungers on the water. Five minutes walk to the heart of enchanting Gargnano, two nice restaurants just around the corner. The house is equipped with magnificent antiques in spacious premises, all very stylish and high quality. There are only six rooms. We stayed in a superior room under the roof with a huge bed and an oversized bathroom with glass shower in the middle. The windows with lake views are admittedly small and not very high due to the sloping roof starting from the ground. Nevertheless, everything very cozy. The good breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh O-juice, cheese, ham and eggs on request is served in the garden, there is no buffet, which we particularly like. The Maitre in the house is the great Max from Venice, who dedicates himself with great attention and a lot of life to everything. Parking directly on the premises. Room rates are reasonable.

Einfach nur perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein Traum. Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang durch Max, unser wunderschön gestaltetes Zimmer (Fridolin), der traumhafte Aussenbereich mit spektakulärer Aussicht und das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Hotel ist ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Lieben Dank an die wunderbaren Gastgeber, Max und Francesca. Wir kommen wieder!
