First time by chance, the second by conscious choice;
"5 stars are not enough for this farm! We happened by chance 3 years ago and from Ischia we returned on purpose. The cuisine is fantastic, the products are of high quality and the flavors are just those of home. The prices are fair and the Service was warm and friendly. But the real touch of magic are the beautiful animals running free around the estate, it was like living in a dream. I can't wait to come back and taste their delights again! Highly recommended to everyone!" Greetings to the staff from Ischia.

Hospitality and genuineness.
We were impressed by Chiara's warm welcome, her courtesy, and her willingness to ensure we had a pleasant stay in every way. We would like to highlight the abundant breakfast with excellent genuine products, and the dinner made of traditional local foods that we enjoyed and that left us nostalgic. The facility is very beautiful and in a good location, easy to reach. An experience to repeat for sure!!

Very nice place we ate out, cold cuts appetizer and dumpling, gnocco very good ham was at the end of the slice for cut and flavor, salami and coppa good, the others that saw were served with a savory pie... The first very good really, sore note the cuts arrived lukewarm the rocket was cooked nn I can understand why they cooked them first and then left to cool.... the potatoes arrived finished the seconds for which we took them away.... coffees we waited about 45 minutes after they cleared us,... not received, they offered them when we went to pay but I preferred to refuse, I do not understand these inefficiencies.... maybe because they had a confirmation.... just nn take other reservations.

We stayed one night at this farm. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, reception ZERO. They didn't even know about my booking. Clean but dated rooms. Zero soundproofing. No info on the breakfast which was mediocre. I don't think I would go back.

Siete arrivati nel pomeriggio di Sabato ma senza comunicare un orario, il personale vi ha accolti e immediatamente accompagnati alle stanze. Non crede che se la prenotazione non vi fosse stata ci sarebbero stati disguidi??
Colazione delle Domenica mattina composta da: Torta cioccolatina, Torta di riso, Crostata alla marmellata, Yogurt, marmellata, uova sode, brioches, prosciutto cotto e fontina.
Avete chiesto 2 cappuccini, un the e un caffe'.
Ci dispiace che non vi sia piaciuta la colazione, a noi sembra abbastanza completa.

Total disappointment for an 18th: experience not to be repeated
Disappointing experience for an 18th:
We chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday after having a rehearsal lunch two weeks earlier, during which we were very satisfied. Precisely for this reason we agreed with confidence on menus, order of courses and cake. Unfortunately, what we found on the day of the party was completely different than promised.
The reception:
The negative experience began immediately at the entrance: no one welcomed us or accompanied us to the table. We had to fend for ourselves, which was unacceptable for such an important occasion.
In addition, throughout the evening there was no care or attention to the customer: neither during the service nor at the end we were asked how it was going or if we needed anything. Apparently, it wasn't of interest to them.
The starter:
We were guaranteed an appetizer consisting of polentines with gorgonzola and erbazzone. Instead we found cold polentines without any seasoning, accompanied by a pea omelet that was not appreciated by anyone. The starter was completely cold and the amount of erbazzone ridiculous: a wedge for five people.
First and order of courses:
We had established a precise order: to the kids appetizer, then fried dumpling and cold cuts; to the adults appetizer, first and then dumpling. None of this has been respected. The courses were served in a random and disorganized manner.
The cured meats arrived unbalanced: the children's table had a full plate, the adults' almost empty.
The fried dumpling was completely different from the test: very greasy, smaller and unevenly distributed between the tables.
The sausage ragout had nothing to do with the one tasted previously: totally different taste, texture and quantity of sausage.
Service:
The waitresses seemed impromptu, unpatient and often responded in an annoying and unprofessional way.
When the boys asked for the stracchino for the dumpling - a very normal request in a restaurant in Reggio Emilia - we were told that 'it had to be booked in advance'. That's crazy.
Also, they brought the cake they made without even a candle, then claiming that we should bring it. That's really inexplicable, considering they were the ones who had to take care of the cake.
Drinks:
The white wine served to the boys was of poor quality. Coca-Cola was completely carbonated.
Cake:
The biggest disappointment. We had requested a cake with wet sponge cake, chantilly cream and chocolate chips. We were instead served a dry cake, with simple cream and without even a drop of chocolate. White and with no decoration on it. Totally different from the one agreed.
Environment:
One table was freezing cold, the other next to a hot radiator. No attention to comfort.
Final consideration:
To make it even more serious, the restaurant was completely empty: we were the only customers, in 19 people. And despite having only us to follow, they failed in every respect.
The huge difference from the test lunch makes us think that probably the same cook did not cook: the owner, who usually waits at tables, was in the kitchen that night.
We had come out of the trial so satisfied that we thought we would return in the future. After this experience, however, we will not set foot again.
Be very careful if you decide to organize an important occasion here.
