Totally unacceptable!
I had a half board reservation made by my company.
I call to warn of my late arrival (9pm) and make sure I can eat.
On my arrival, the exterior of the "hotel" already makes me doubt. We are looking at a totally old establishment that has not been maintained since the 1970s.
About ten police cars squat in the parking spaces and carabinieri chat outside the entrance. For a moment, I even think my GPS brought me to the police station.
In the lobby, I realize that the first impression was the right one: it's dilapidated.
As there is no one but my key sits proudly on the counter with a sheet in my name he decides to drop my luggage. The room has been totally in its juice since 1970.
The mini fridge is unplugged but contains a leftover food product....
There are very few electrical outlets so the owners have added a multi outlet.
The bathroom is all right.
I go downstairs to eat and since there's still no one around I phone.
A lady comes and takes me to the room that serves as a restaurant. It's more of a canteen refectory. There are about 20 policemen who eat very loudly while watching television.
I don't really have a choice of meal: it'll be pasta, steak and a small cup of strawberries not very fresh. All with a plastic glass and a small plastic spoon. Anyway, I don't call it a restaurant.
I'm going up to bed, that's the only good thing, the bedding is acceptable.
In the morning it is a festival: there is no hot water either in the sink or in the shower.
To top it all off, breakfast in the "famous" restaurant boils down to coffee from a vending machine and industrial cake. There are plastic glasses available but no drinks....
Well to conclude, go your way, this kind of establishment should not be entitled to the name HOTEL and RESTAURANT.
It's simply unacceptable!

A disabled person in a wheelchair alone is prohibited from staying at this hotel.
The answer I was given immediately no on this is not possible.
A disabled person in a wheelchair alone cannot enter a hotel I don't even know why. It's a disgrace. It's a disgrace to give an answer like that. I had to be accompanied.

Ideal for Horror lovers
Some places should be closed. I booked this property only because I suddenly arrived in the city for work.
I'm just saying that I preferred to sleep in the car. A dirty and dilapidated structure, it hasn't seen any modernization work since the 70s.
