Good establishment but breakfast to forget.

The establishment is located a short distance from Boccadasse and, therefore, is excellent for visiting this area and perhaps enjoying some beach time.
Located along a beautiful avenue, in front of the bus stop, the establishment - an old building from the early 1900s, also has a small parking lot and a little terrace. Few rooms all on the ground floor; avoid those near the hall for obvious reasons (noise).
My room was well-furnished and clean, equipped with everything necessary. A bit small but suitable for just an overnight stay. The bathroom, however, was very small.
But the most negative aspect is the breakfast, which is served by reservation in a tiny room with 4-5 tables. In the evening, you must communicate the time and choice of food in order to facilitate the morning staff. However, in the morning, it is chaos: the staff is unable to manage breakfast, even forgetting the coffee. To be forgotten.
From the facility, you can reach the city center by bus in 20 minutes.
Price appropriate for the facility but not for the breakfast.

Great reception. The staff was friendly and helpful. Correct price for quality of service. Very convenient location with bus in front of the entrance. A few minutes to get to the center of Genoa. I think I'll go back

DELICIOUS!

I just stayed at this lovely hotel with a colleague for a business trip. Higher than expectations, which were already good. Recently renovated with attention to detail, beautiful quiet rooms, tastefully decorated. Friendly and very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast! Very close to the Boccadasse district, which is worth a visit

Fair level hotel but with a real problem of soundproofing and noise

Location and building very nice, 2 steps from Genova Boccadasse and period palace discreetly maintained. Standard room with fairly dated bathroom amenities. To improve the pillows available to the room. The only real drawback the soundproofing of the rooms completely nonexistent. Noise from passing machines and customers of adjacent rooms very loud, as the fixtures are not adequate and the walls between the drywall chambers without insulation.
