The best 'genovesity'

Perfect location for those arriving / departing to / from Brignole station. An apartment with ancient Genoese (mosaic) floors divided into several rooms, some of which also have a kitchenette. Management always available to the customer, excellent value for money for those who appreciate the simplicity of furnishings and especially the kindness of the owner who also provides Ligurian focaccia for breakfast not included and that can still be done by taking drinks and snacks from the machines for a fee.

It could be better.

It was in a good location and the room was large, but more attention should have been paid to cleanliness, and the whole room had a specific smell that was not pleasant. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was very poor.Close to the city center and metro station

The Hotels.com reviews don't show the reality

What was good: the host was helpful and nice, the room was spacious with AC, close to most things.
What was less good: poorly signposted at the entrance, very messy in the apartment in the floor during the night (the hostess told them so the next night was ok), all the doors were kind of too big at the bottom so it was difficult to close, in the bathroom there was a sewage mill that was connected to both toilet, shower and sink. This machine started as soon as you flushed with a loud noise as a result.
The worst: breakfast or rather lack of breakfast. Some wrapped sweetbreads, semi-dry focaccia and worst of all, coffee you had to pay 1€. No yoghurt, no toppings. The hostess, who was nice, was only seen very occasionally.
The overall experience is that the price is too high for what you get.

Never again

Room full of dust,especially on the television and on the two small glass lamp holder cabinets. The shower is small, a robust person struggles to get in. Experience with all my family very negative, we will never return. At least the owner apologized after I warned her.

An oasis in the shopping area. Marina was very helpful and responded to questions and request n a timely manner.
