Inn verbena caffe

Very good, very quaint place , the fireplace in the beautiful room , the owners very kind , the food I did not like very much , a bit expensive onion soup .

To be avoided

Little cleaning .. the room very dusty; cobwebs not taken away by time and bed probably broken;
breakfast .. when I made the room was empty .. yet croissants and juice had been put before my arrival, on a table with dirty tablecloth. Only at the end of breakfast I looked better and in addition to the crumbs there was also a nail (probably of those who had sat before me ..)

Good Country Cooking in Restaurant

Had a nice dinner with a great cream zucchini soup and polenta made on the hearth in old steel kettle in fireplace. Had nice salad and I had osso mbucco di vitelli and my wife the vitelli which was large portion but on raw side and sent bask. All with a reasoably priced montapuchino wine.

A wonderful restaurant, always so inviting

We have had friends visiting from Tasmania and decided to spend our last nights dinner celebrating with Paola, Loredana, and Luciano at The Locanda Verbena restaurant.
The food was superb, and the warmth of welcome and service the very best.
A wonderful restaurant, highly recommended.

Excellent consistency

We visit this restaurant regularly and recommend their Bed and Breakfast facility to many of our guests because the service, the quality of food and hospitality is consistently of a very high standard. The owners Paola, Luciano, and Loredana are to be congratulated on their unstinting hard work. Well done, and see you again soon.
