Excellent experience

Excellent stay! Clean room, quiet environment, and very kind staff. Varied breakfast and perfect location to see Pinzolo and the surrounding area. We had a really good time.

Enjoy your stay at the Hotel Regina di Pinzolo! The hotel is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for relaxing in the mountains. The staff is very kind and always available, they make you feel at home.
The food is great, hearty and well prepared, with fresh and local produce.
Overall super positive experience — we will definitely be back!

A place to return willingly

I stayed at this property and the experience was really very pleasant. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with kindness and cordiality, so much so that you immediately feel at home. The staff is always available, attentive and smiling.
The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, ideal for relaxing in peace. Also excellent cuisine, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes, which make every meal a real pleasure.
A place where you can feel the passion and attention to guests. Definitely an experience to repeat. Highly recommended!

Absence of control by owners and managers.

Poor cleaning: under the bed I had to request cleaning as there was very old dirt with long-left clothing (a sock, a used Band-Aid and a wrap!). Cold whirlpool and only working for a third! Alerted the staff to no avail. Friendly but inattentive staff: lack of tableware, cups for breakfast and glasses in the break room for herbal teas. Absence of receptionist. Poor dinner and less pleasant than ordinary dinner.
