Wonder

Thanks to all the staff, from reception to massages, passing through breakfast and continuing with aperitif and dinner. All impeccable. The room more, in the wonderful village so suggestive... we will take you to the heart ♥️

There is a lack of attention to detail.

The place is truly beautiful, but for a facility of this kind and the cost per room, I believe there are several things that need to be reviewed and/or fixed, both in the breakfast service and in the organization of the room.
In summary:
Bacon was always burnt for all three breakfasts we had.
Bread and rolls were always scarce.
And above all, the juicer for making juices was missing.
The room was very small, and it was impossible to take a shower without getting your head wet, as in addition to the lack of shower caps, water always came from above even when using the showerhead.
There were no power outlets near the bed.
These are all minor issues, but I believe they are essential in certain facilities.

Charm in the village.

Widespread hotel with rooms even within the Rocca. Quiet, clean with all the charm of the place. Finely maintained and furnished rooms, complete with courtesy kit, large and convenient parking and tasty breakfast and excellent quality and breadth. It cramps the room that pays in the absence of the wardrobe - replaced by a small niche in the wall - and a shelf (shelf or small desk) that, in case of a stay of several days would make the stay somewhat chaotic. Staff of rare friendliness and immediately affable. Very honest rates. We'll be back.

Back to the past with perfect fusion of the ancient and the contemporary.

Perfectly cozy structure in tune with the place. Bistrot very quaint and particular, attentive and friendly staff, excellent courses rich and well presented. Cleanliness and spaciousness local, valuable overlooking the well-kept park and with excellent views. Recommended

Wonderful.

Splendid structure, enchanted, with rooms, furnishings and solutions cared for from every point of view, I believe that in summer it is truly at the height of its wonder. I hope I can come back.
